衞生太差，房間裏面還有不知道是不是別人用過的生計用品，馬桶上面還有上一個客人是男是女留下來的體毛，這怎麼敢住，房間面積比較小，床太高了，體驗感太差了，房間味道也很重，一股傢俱味，避雷不要住！

這個全季酒店是我們住的有史以來最差勁的一次，空間小，設備不完善，4樓房間空調製冷效果差，空間非常非常的小，前台小哥服務質量差，提出問題沒有及時解決，同樣是4.0全季，這是我們住過的最差的一次，體驗感非常不好，明明有空房卻不給我調換，欺騙消費者説沒有房間了 ，藉此不給我調換，同樣的錢不如住隔壁的亞朵了，酒店很好，下次不住了

每次出門旅遊都喜歡訂全季，已經數不清幾次了，基本每個全季的服務都很好也都具有差異性，這次的旅遊依舊令我很滿意，前台的服務也好，衞生之類的都很不錯，這家的地理位置特別好，去哪裡玩都在幾公里內，對於沒車的或者不願駕車的都很友善！很滿意的一次入住體驗

這次長沙之旅選的酒店非常滿意！今年新開的酒店，環境特別乾淨整潔，酒店地理位置也不錯，去熱門景點3公里左右的距離，門口有公交站，網約車也能直接停在酒店門口，往前幾百米走過人行天橋就到地鐵站3a口，在地鐵站過馬路就到達恰同學少年廣場，眺望湘江對面的橘子洲。
酒店前台的小姐姐們特別熱情語氣很温柔。房間空間感不錯，不會擁擠壓抑，有超大的窗户，住酒店最怕無窗房，強烈推薦給各位準備來長沙遊玩的朋友們！
