Great Value for money, Location is central. Basic breakfast, mostly serving Chinese clientele, but they also had bread, fried and boiled eggs, coffee machine, I even managed to explain the staff to make an omelette for me. Reception is pretty good, the staff members Xiao Liu/ Xiao Ye friendly and prompt. Less than a hundred meters walk to the Opposite IFS mall, pretty huge with good number of western restaurants. V nice views from 93rd floor Niccolo Kitchen, a dinner costs 140--200rmb which is not possible at such locations in tier 1 cities.

Very good position. Right in the Changsha center. About 750 m to city center Wuyi Square and 500m to Metro subway station. 10min Walk to Huangxing Street. Plenty resurtants around and shops. Miss.Ye in front desk is very nice and helpful. I need to send a parcel and could not find local post office, Miss Ye not only booked a courier to pick up my parcel from hotel, but also help me in packing my parcel and offered lot of helps like packing material and tape etc.. Really appreciated. Room cleaner Ms. Xu has done a extremely good job in cleaning my room, and she is very patiente and smart when we need help very well trained .

Excellent location! Cleanliness and service are perfect for this price range. Breakfast is ok, but again for just a bit above 150 yuan per room/night, I would say - excellent. Thank you!

Overall this is a great experience with Acem Hotel. The hotel is close to the IFS tower and within walking distance to many popular areas. The hotel it self is clean and at great price, I had everything I needed. The room was cleaned daily and I even recieved free laundry Service which was easy and fast. The receptionist 小刘 was extremely polite, professional and friendly, she checked me in quickly and even provide me breakfast for me 3 night stay. Thank you very very much 小刘 for making my stay at your hotel comfortable!

A guide recommended this hotel to me. The location is good, not far from number 2 line and also very near IFS.
More important, the staff Xiao Liu at front desk is very friendly and efficient. Her colleague is also friendly and helpful.
Breakfast can be better.
However I will prefer a tv than the tv projector.
I will recommend friends to stay this hotel.
Good job.
