The hotel is terrible. I checked in halfway at 2:30 PM, only to be told that the previous tenant had used an extension coupon, so my room wasn't ready yet. They ended up giving me a different room, but it was not only small and dirty, but the air conditioner was incredibly loud, completely disrupting my sleep! I requested a room change, only to be told it was fully booked. I had come so happily for a trip, but because of the room issue, I had to check out and find another hotel. I won't book this hotel again. The environment is so shabby and dirty!

酒店小姐姐服務態度很好，還幫我延遲了半小時，阿姨衞生打掃非常乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，周邊環境也不錯，離地鐵站很近，去哪都很方便。

和家人一起來長沙玩，偶然看到這個酒店，抱着試一試的心態訂了這家店。附近環境很安靜，晚上睡着很安心很踏實，而且房間內部環境很乾凈温馨，是我想要的感覺。前台小姐姐服務態度很好，如果下次有機會還會來。

床很好睡 如果不是着急走 還想再睡一晚 外賣也可以送到上面 離公交站和地鐵站遠一點 走到長沙站大概15分鐘左右
