位置很方便，無縫進入商場，車也可以開到酒店門口，就是大堂和公區比較小。
整個設計還是偏年輕化，質感差些但整體性價比很高，晚上可以去去柏悦或尼依格羅的酒吧日落和夜景。
早餐自助有點單的選項，但服務員不會提醒，這點稍微有些敗好感，不熟悉的客人會以為需要付費。
M2 房間還是比較寬敞 佈局合理
給了延遲退房但沒有升房，整體體驗還不錯

房間寬敞有設計感，用積分升級了房間，衞生也很乾凈，一整面的落地窗，視野超好，早餐也比較精緻。房間有膠囊咖啡，被我喝完了，打掃房間的特意還給安排了咖啡，能看到這細節很棒，早餐也很精緻餐廳換很有時尚感，還有娛樂休閑區，桌球，遊戲機，酒吧，都很不錯。但是需要改進一點的就是，我和我老婆在電梯的時候遇到工作了人員了，沒有問好，電梯是刷卡的，也沒問到幾樓按電梯。

除非酒店服務差到令人髮指基本不會給酒店差評。但是還是想説説客觀感受：1.整個酒店遇到工作人員沒有一個能主動打招呼的，前廳辦理接待的妹妹惜字如金， 很酷，辦理入住的整個環節眼皮都沒抬起來一下 2.坐了一天的車，人很難受，到大堂轉了一圈，看看有沒有迎賓可以喝水的地方，感覺酒店要把坪效最大化，餐車處可以消費，無奈沒有感興趣的產品忍耐回房喝水 3.淋浴間內安裝了“人體感應器”有紅光頻閃，但其他區域的並沒有，標準不一致，對安全性有疑問，來解決問題的值班經理小哥哥説是兩種規格的設備，本着對於酒店品牌的信任沒有在深究這件事（小哥全程處理問題的態度挺好和有耐心） 4.客房大姐服務態度很好。
最後，不鼓勵過度服務，但是希望具備基本的服務禮儀，在辦理入住的第一個環節感受的都是冷漠真的很影響心情，如果是因為工作壓力過大致使員工狀態不好就請多一些關懷。

第一次選擇瑪珂酒店, 整體體驗很不錯
房間非常乾淨且設計非常有特色,很喜歡洗手間的設計。
地理位置非常好,在ifs商場可直達,且附近是幾大商場,吃喝逛街太太太方便,隨時累了能回酒店休息
基本去長沙幾大景點都是十來二十分鐘的打車路程,非常方便
唯一有一點可惜的就是外賣領取比較麻煩, 需要去到接待大堂一樓取餐。客房下樓需要先到達8樓登記大堂後轉另一部電梯才可以到達一樓。

非常漂亮的酒店，色彩的搭配超級喜歡，房間佈局設施都很有質感品味。打掃的也很乾凈，角角落落窗台都一塵不染。非要挑的話，可能就馬桶不是智能的，坐墊有點冰涼。電視機就整個房間比例來説有點小。地理位置優越，去哪都方便，下樓也各種吃喝都有。下次還會選擇住這裏

攜程幫我進行了房間升級，升級到了活力大床房，在1434房間，第一酒店的風景確實很好！但是酒店廁所的排氣扇也就是換空氣的扇換掉，完全用不了。阿姨進行房間打掃後，沒有及時補充牙刷牙膏之類的，導致晚上沒有牙膏，告訴了前台，用了將近半個小時才送上來。2.阿姨亂扔東西！我的鞋盒放在地下也幫我扔掉……新鞋…我打算拿回家收藏……也扔掉了……很無語！3.並且早餐真的很少很少很少…住了三天，吃了三天的早餐，每天都是那幾種……並且特別不好吃！！西瓜汁拿完了沒有及時補，三天都是，詢問工作人員才急急忙忙的補……很無語，並且房間電視蘋果手機不能投屏，並且房間電視直播，到了湖南衞視以下的電視台都不能觀看……衹能看5.6個無聊的電視台…總之特別無語🙄這次是第二次選擇入住，體驗感非常差，不會有第三次了
