來長沙入住了萬豪旗下的萬楓酒店，酒店性價比很不錯，前台的服務都特別好，響應及時有求必應，特別是cici小姐姐還給幫忙升級了房間，酒店交通也方便，離市區景區都不遠，設施也完善，健身房洗衣房都是24h自助的很方便可以隨時使用，酒店環境也優美，打開窗就是山景和湖景，住在裏面賞心悦目，下次還會再來！

酒店地理位置很好，這次來梅溪湖劇院看戲，定了這裏，酒店步行到大劇院大概二十多分鐘，沿着湖邊綠道走過去，一路很舒服，酒店環境設施齊備，性價比很高，下次來還會訂這家

酒店的環境跟設施真的不錯，酒店周圍的環境也很美，但服務真是太差了，本身入住有入住水果的，酒店更本就沒有提供，而且酒店提供商務套餐我在辦理入住的時候壓根就沒有人跟我説，而且我1點多到酒店前台辦理入住，告訴我沒有乾淨的房間，給我解決的辦法是讓我降低自己的房間，而不是給我的房間做升級，而且我在前台辦理入住的時候想要一瓶水，還得我自己去自助販賣機掃碼取，怎麼就非得套客户的訊息嘛，真是無語了！
