My hands were covered with mucus when I was using the kettle. The most basic cleaning work neglected the water bar? I had to go downstairs to pick up the medicine I bought for tonsillitis late at night. The front desk refused to deliver the takeaway food. Is it difficult to get a delivery robot upstairs? I did not experience the hotel's people-oriented, sincere and considerate service tenet. I felt bad staying there!
