Only 2 lift available and takes time to 26th floor. Especially during the conference at 26th floor

Great hotel very close to the underground. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. When we arrived the room was in great condition, but the daily cleaning I’m afraid it wasn’t, very superficial cleaning. Not the standard in the otherwise fabulous Wyndham brand.

一共入住了四天，入住當天被套是臟的！還不承認 ！第一天打掃就給扔垃圾，地都沒有掃，挺無語的，前台服務人員態度也不咋地，呵呵了，影響心情。

原計劃住一晚，往回趕住荊州，遊玩完了4點多了，到酒店取車時就不想走了，又續住了一晚。住了兩天這家酒店.非常滿意.機器人送物.入住還會有歡迎水果.fay也很熱情 設施都挺齊全的。房間衞生也非常乾淨

酒店環境整體還可以，但是服務我是真的不想説話
問一下充電器就是兩個字“沒有”，在哪裡吃早餐就是“在大堂”早餐我自己花錢買的好吧，😑搞得最後早餐也沒心情吃💢發票問前台能不能開就是現在開不了，後面找訂房那個又可以開。一個五星級酒店服務態度還不如一個三星級酒店
