Firstly I must say the decoration style is in a quite good taste and very unique, a British retro circus style should I call it? The swimming pool is small a but cozy. All the facilities in the room are good in quity, and noise proof effect in the room is also good. Indonesia is a peaceful and friendly country, with friendly and hospitable people. I spent 4 wonderful days in Jakarta, and staying in Ashley is a very important part of this unforgettable journey.

All the staff are amazingly kind and room and everything is very clean since it is a new hotel. Breakfast is very simple but neat. Super kind and clean. Also, the best thing is there is a laundry room for free with iron, washing machin, and dryer with all detergent. I spent more nights after that and could use washing machines every night, so i felt very refreshed even after raining. Soundproof was also good.

I stayed for two days with my mother on a business trip. They were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I really liked the design and amenities, especially the laundry room. As my mother is vegetarian, she didn't offer breakfast options for her. So, we ordered food the night before, and they helped us heat it up. I stayed for two days with my mother on a business trip. I booked a family loft unit which was awesome for my family especially for the kids. This hotel unit provide kids amenities, PlayStation and the room decoration is superb. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying here!

The decor of the hotel is very fresh, modern, and aesthetically appealing. You can take pictures at every spots and corners. The staff service are excellent. The breakfast is decent, enough options to fill you. The bed are comfortable and I love the fact that they have laundry room. That is the main plus point for us. We did not try the other amenities like the gym and tennis court but they do look very well-maintained. On the other hand, just tiny little things, it would be great if the hotel provide hangers for the guests. It’s a bit challenging without it. Love our cute room as well.

We had a truly memorable stay at Ashley Tugu Tani! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and family-friendly atmosphere stood out. We stayed in the Family Loft Room, which was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for both kids and adults. Our children absolutely loved the play area, tent bed, and PlayStation 5—it kept them entertained while we could relax. The hotel facilities were beyond our expectations. What made the stay extra special were the little details: kids received a cute Mr. Tani plush toy, and the friendly staff made sure we felt at home throughout. The location is very strategic, close to major Jakarta attractions like Monas and Grand Indonesia. Highly recommended for families looking for a cozy, fun, and luxurious escape in the city. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Thanks for simple decor I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the design of the hotel is quite good with a London theme, the rooms are quite clean, there is no view on the sixth floor and there is not much of a menu for breakfast but it's okay, quite satisfied, thank you for your service🫶🏻

So sorry i forgot the staff names 😅 its been almost a month!! But the front desk /reception staff was very helpful during my stay. Was it Sebastian and another male staff...offered to help me with my heavy shopping bags/luggage, morning call for an early flight and greeting guests happily even when I checked in at almost 10pm. Beds were comfy, had a good night rest, clean, with ample and sufficient amenities. Room was cold, perfect. tv offered youtube so that was my entertainment during my stay. Everything was very thematical, instagram worthy and definitely recommended! Tried out their laundry room, my clothes smell great and a good way to clear laundry before flying home. Thank you and keep it up!
