Disappointing considering I’ve had better stays here before."

"Overall, the hotel is very nice and well-equipped. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is also convenient parking, a pool, and other great amenities, which made the experience even better. However, there was an issue with the pricing that left us confused. I originally booked the room for $129, but at check-in I was charged $154 without any prior notice or explanation. Since we had been traveling for about 10 hours, I only noticed this the next day. To make things more confusing, the receipt I received later showed $132. While the difference is not huge, having three different prices without clarification felt uncomfortable and a bit disappointing. Because of this, I would think twice before booking here again."

"The hotel has charging piles, making it convenient to charge electric cars like Tesla. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The only minor drawback is that the air conditioner is quite noisy, but this is a common issue with independent air conditioners, after all, the compressor is indoors. Fortunately, Calgary isn't hot, so there's no need to use the air conditioner. 😜"

"The king suite was wonderful..and not expensive! Very roomy with a little sitting corner and table for 2. I loved the heated floor in the area around the entrance to the bathroom. The shower was an easy walk in..no climbing over a tub. Service at the front desk was friendly and fast. . The shuttle leaves every hour. The only slight negative was that the driver was busy chatting with the front desk staff when it was time to leave. After waiting a few minutes I went to ask when we'd be leaving. I was told in a few minutes. He was not in a rush and didn't seem to worry about the schedule. It could be important to those who were short on time to catch a flight. He was friendly otherwise."
