"acceptable standards. The room was in poor condition, with visible cleanliness issues that made it uncomfortable to stay in. Basic housekeeping appeared to be neglected, and the facilities did not match the expectations set by your advertisements. Equally concerning was the level of service provided. Staff interactions felt unprofessional and lacked the courtesy and attentiveness typically expected in the hospitality industry. Requests were either delayed or not addressed adequately, which further added to the frustration. I believe that both room quality and customer service are fundamental to a positive guest experience, and it is disappointing that neither met a satisfactory standard during my stay. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements."

Only downfall, I sent in my credit card to have on file for my grandparents to easily check in to the hotel and not need to provide anything, however upon arrival, front desk demanded they also provide another credit card for the deposit. Weird, since they already had mine and the form filled out for the deposit."
