GGuest UserThe landlords ( husband & wife) are very friendly, helpful, nice & accommodating. The wife Ms Shujie Guo waited for us patiently to arrive at the air bnb before returning to their own home which is a short distance away. (NB: we did not get the message or e-mail for the main door number access code & she know that it has happened before. So she took the initiative to wait for us which we arrived at night at about 9 pm on that day). This air bnb house provided full cooking facilities including the ingredients & spices. The common area are very clean & tidy. The bedroom & bathroom are equally clean & tidy. There is a garden at the back of the house which is beautifully layout. The landlord lady Ms Jhujie Guo even went to the extent to alert my wife that there were northern lights & informed us to go to the open space to see. With our iPhone 14 pro max handphone, we managed to see the beautiful northern lights ( aurora). Unfortunately we were unable to capture the dancing lights as we do not have the camera stand. This is a bonus as we did not expect to see Northern lights in Calgary! We felt like we were living at our own home. We would highly recommend those who are looking for accommodation in Calgary to stay at Brothers Li Homestay.

MMui ChiGreat Location & Excellent Service!! The hotel is centrally located, close to the university and McMahon Stadium. The front desk staff were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating to our requests. They kindly upgraded us to a beautiful king-size suite. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay! Will stay here again!

GGuest UserIt’s the best for a person who has overnight layover! Like they are trained for that specifically. Free shuttle bus any time is real! But I couldn’t contact them by email though. Gotta call them, hope they fix that, I emailed a lot prior to my trip too. And the staffs are so kind that it made me feel safe and secure that I will not miss my flight 😌 If you have to leave early for flight before breakfast time. They will give you muffins and apples! The room was so big and nice, I wish I didn’t have the flight to catch so I can keep sleeping in that humungous king bed. There’s an atm at the lobby.

GGuest UserThe hotel is about 8 kilometers away from the airport. There is no bus, but it is more convenient to pick up and drop off at the airport hotel for free. There are no commercial facilities around, shopping and eating are inconvenient. The rooms are oversized, well-equipped and novel, clean and comfortable. But some facilities are not reasonable, such as Batai is too small, the bathroom is hanging horizontally. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The price is a bit high.

XXiaoyoujingxinThe location is great! They offer private airport transfers and it's a popular base for tour groups, which is super convenient as you don't have to constantly move around. There are also supermarkets nearby for easy shopping. For those planning a self-drive trip, it's not far from Highway 1, so everything is just perfect. My only slight disappointment was the lack of a hot water kettle in the room, which isn't ideal for us Asians who prefer hot drinks. Also, even though I only stayed one night, I was bothered by two Western girls. First, they were laughing loudly outside my door, then they knocked and ran away, only for me to open the door and see them laughing elsewhere with a phone propped up on the floor filming my doorway. Maybe it was some kind of YouTube prank! Anyway, I felt disturbed by them! I didn't feel comfortable filming them, but I hope the hotel takes this seriously.

GGuest UserI was a bit nervous after reading some other reviews, but I need not have been. My room was spacious, the bed comfy and the pillows plentiful. My 11 year old grandson, who visited during my stay, gives the pool and waterside a huge thumbs up. His mother, sister and I enjoyed the hot tub while he splashed alone.  Breakfast was a bounty! Although I am limited by multiple food allergies, I found more than enough to eat and enjoyed my 2 breakfasts.  When I first arrived in my assigned room, I discovered a tool on the floor and a dismantled A/C unit. Before I had time to wonder, a repairman was at the door, apologetic that I had arrived before he could complete his maintenance. He immediately arranged for me to switch to a different room, and all was well.  Desk staff were all cordial, helpful, friendly. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay and highly recommend others to ignore naysayers and give it a try. I would be happy for a return visit if opportunity arises. Many thanks for a great stay.
