"It was above my expectations. I stayed at hampton the earlier day and then shifted here to accommodate with my budget. Indeed turned out the same experience, even better . Clean and tidy. Nice ambience."

CCccarlizBest hotel in Calgary. It's located in downtown making it extremely convenient. I particularly love the staff services. Staff are super friendly and nice. 100% recommend this hotel. Also breakfast are excellent and I have attached in this review.

-Clean room with comfortable beds
-Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldnât get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical
-tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a âfrostedâ glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least.

GGuest UserNot our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today!
It began when the front desk couldnât find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driverâs licence and go âsomewhere to talk to someone in the backâ - then he came back (after 2 or so
 minutes) and âmagicallyâ the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered.
Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldnât tell us what item we had âconsumedâ (we hadnât consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldnât actually answer the question of âhow do you know what to charge us forâ and the response was âitâs for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anythingâ. Except thatâs exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - âan item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20â.
After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card.
Made to feel like we had âstolenâ something when we asked for further clarification on the charge.
âNo apologies or thank you for staying with usâ.
Disappointing.
Side note - Service in the casino was great - including the restaurant.

GGuest UserI booked the suite for my stay and it looked exactly just like how it was advertised. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the cute tiny quirks of the room. The bed was insanely comfortable and the duvet surprisingly kept us warm. Overall this hotel is fantastic. The servers during breakfast were very kind and attentive. 10/10:)

GGuest UserI had an excellent 3-day stay at this hotel in Calgary. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. What really stood out was the shuttle serviceâpunctual, convenient, and such a stress-free way to get around. It made my trip much smoother. Iâd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary.

GGuest UserWe've never come across this kind of experience before,my wife's sister in-law has gone to heaven, that's why we've to cancel the Hotel booking. It's a free cancellation show on the booking page, but the Hotel said âNoâ. That's why we didn't come to Calgary and never stayed a night at the Hotel. If you kindly fix this case, we'll book Hotel from you in the future, thanks for your kindly help. We're seniors, both of us are over 70 years old, thanks God, we have a good life! We still can travel in Europe and Asia every year!!

GGTANKSMy fellow Rotarian and I came for the 2025 Rotary International Conference in Calgary. The stay was pleasant. Service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily which was nice returning to a tidy clean room. Coffee and tea were replenished daily which was great. I will highly recommend to friends and family. The hotel was so close to the airport. Shuttle service was provided to the airport which was convenient. I liked the lobby display ready for the 2015 Calgary Stampede from July 1st 2025 for ten days.

MMichelle BillingtonI always enjoy my stay at Deerfoot Inn & Casino. The purpose of my trip was to hang out with my sister and catch up on our lives. The deluxe queen room was spacious and welcoming. I found a stain on the top sheet when the cover topper fell away. Just looked like a coffee stain, but jeez?! We went down to the buffet for supper, and the prime rib and scalloped potatoes were delicious, as well as the other entries. After we ate, we sat in the lounge next to the restaurant. I loved the big, comfortable chairs we chose to sit on. When I got up to use the ladies' room, my hips were out of sorts for several steps because the chairs are sitting too low. May I suggest they update the furniture as I noticed other older guests having the same issue.
