We had a quick overnight stay. Used the shuttle service at 10:30 p.m. It was reliable. The elevator was broken for our stay but they seem to be very on top of trying to contact people about this issue prior to us staying. The bed was a 10 out of the 10, probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I was sad that I had to get up so early to catch a plane home. The location is perfect for being super close to the airport, however there is nothing around for late night dining and the restaurant closed by the time we even got there. If they had some food options even grab and go stuff that would be very helpful, I didn't feel like waiting for Uber eats, and I didn't have a vehicle.
My only ick, was that it slowly starting to see wear and tear, but it's not being upkept. Minor things, but like the doors had paint chips at the bottom, it didn't affect my stay.

Jason M BrownRoom was average, but I was placed in a room with a connecting door to another room, and there was very little sound insulation between the two rooms. I could also see light coming through the cracks around the hallway door.
Since this hotel is near the airport, many guests are likely staying there before or after travel and may already be on limited sleep. Because of that, I’m not sure I would recommend this hotel if a quiet room is important.
That said, the staff were great, and I appreciated the free shuttle.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient amenities nearby, making for a fantastic stay. The rooms are not only spacious and well-lit but also feature very new decor and well-maintained facilities. The integrated kitchen design, in particular, is fully equipped and very clean, which is a thoughtful touch for guests who need to cook. Whether it's for a short trip or a long-term stay, this is an ideal place that offers both comfort and practicality.

EntengInaMoWe had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Cavalier Calgary Airport. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, which made our travel day much easier, though it’s worth noting there’s no shuttle service. Still, the quick commute was no problem for us.
We appreciated that the hotel offers a storage unit, which was super helpful and made managing our luggage so much easier.
Our room was newly renovated, clean, modern, and very comfortable — definitely a highlight of our stay.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Not our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today!
It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so
minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered.
Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”.
After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card.
Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge.
“No apologies or thank you for staying with us”.
Disappointing.
Side note - Service in the casino was great - including the restaurant.

I always enjoy my stay at Deerfoot Inn & Casino. The purpose of my trip was to hang out with my sister and catch up on our lives. The deluxe queen room was spacious and welcoming. I found a stain on the top sheet when the cover topper fell away. Just looked like a coffee stain, but jeez?! We went down to the buffet for supper, and the prime rib and scalloped potatoes were delicious, as well as the other entries. After we ate, we sat in the lounge next to the restaurant. I loved the big, comfortable chairs we chose to sit on. When I got up to use the ladies' room, my hips were out of sorts for several steps because the chairs are sitting too low. May I suggest they update the furniture as I noticed other older guests having the same issue.

My fellow Rotarian and I came for the 2025 Rotary International Conference in Calgary. The stay was pleasant. Service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily which was nice returning to a tidy clean room. Coffee and tea were replenished daily which was great. I will highly recommend to friends and family. The hotel was so close to the airport. Shuttle service was provided to the airport which was convenient. I liked the lobby display ready for the 2015 Calgary Stampede from July 1st 2025 for ten days.

I booked the suite for my stay and it looked exactly just like how it was advertised. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the cute tiny quirks of the room. The bed was insanely comfortable and the duvet surprisingly kept us warm. Overall this hotel is fantastic. The servers during breakfast were very kind and attentive. 10/10:)

XiaoyoujingxinThe location is great! They offer private airport transfers and it's a popular base for tour groups, which is super convenient as you don't have to constantly move around. There are also supermarkets nearby for easy shopping. For those planning a self-drive trip, it's not far from Highway 1, so everything is just perfect. My only slight disappointment was the lack of a hot water kettle in the room, which isn't ideal for us Asians who prefer hot drinks. Also, even though I only stayed one night, I was bothered by two Western girls. First, they were laughing loudly outside my door, then they knocked and ran away, only for me to open the door and see them laughing elsewhere with a phone propped up on the floor filming my doorway. Maybe it was some kind of YouTube prank! Anyway, I felt disturbed by them! I didn't feel comfortable filming them, but I hope the hotel takes this seriously.
