Let’s start from the front desk. The staff are very friendly and very helpful especially Mr. Ahmad and Nadeem they were so nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great.  Housekeeping supervisor Mr. Mohammad was very understandable of the guests’ needs, and the young guy at the housekeeping NoorEdeen was professional.  Overall the hotel and the staff offered amazing hospitality, service and a great stay.

The stay at the ritz Carlton egypt hotel was more than good. We enjoyed the stay. It was unique. The service. The breakfast service and all its staff were wonderful. The reception service and the customer relations officers were all excellent and helpful. Thank you for receiving us. The wonderful reception.

Excellent hotel with a great service quality worthy of the ritz name. The staff are very good and helps you with all your requests. The rooms and spacious and well kept.

When I checked in initially everything was lovely. They charged me $80 for an extra person in the room. The view was lovely and I was upgraded as a Marriot gold Member. The next day was not so lovely. I told them I would like to extend and was told I had to do that through Booking. What? Ok. So I rebooked with Booking and I guess they didn’t get the information. I showed them the reservation and that I paid. They called me incessantly and were rude as hell even though they had my Amex on file. It was ridiculous so I checked out and went to Le Meridian. So much better. Stay there. It is even connected to the airport. They have several restaurants and the staff is amazing. The view was lovely at the Ritz though.

This is a big international brand hotel. The service, hygiene, accommodation and scenery are all very five-star. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning ✈️. The hotel did not charge me extra and let me go to the room to rest after 10 o'clock. I always forget things, so I am destined not to book a bad hotel. This time I lost my coat and ring 💍 and they were still returned. Whether it is the museum view or the river view, it is worth staying. I would like to remind everyone that for sunrise 🌅, choose the museum side, and for sunset 🌄, choose the Nile side. The hotel does not have a rooftop to view the view. It is best to stay in the room. I will continue to choose this hotel next time. And by the way: I will also meet Egypt's most famous singer Mohamed Ramadan ❤️ It's really a big profit!
