"The rooms were adequate. The door wasn't soundproof enough. The breakfast was good and complete, although we missed the fruit and variety. The spa didn't work, and the sauna was discounted, which we thought was reasonable. Parking isn't required; you can park nearby."

"Hotel service is very good and very friendly. Limited by the tight ticket of the last city, we took the night bus to arrive here. When we arrived at the hotel, it was 6 o'clock in the morning. The front desk friendly early check-in allowed us to rest in the room. It was a particularly good experience to encounter such a service during the trip. "EXPERIENCIA DECEPCIONANTE. Nos dieron una habitación que no tenía ni cortinas ni persianas y no pegamos ojo en toda la noche. Se suponía que nos habían hecho un upgrade porque el hotel no estaba lleno y en lugar de darnos la habitación que yo había reservado, nos dieron ésta sin cortinas… ¿eso es un upgrade? Había un foco justo en la ventana que iluminaba la fachada exterior así que dormimos con un foco apuntándonos toda la noche. Lamentable. Esa habitación no debería estar en el catálogo hasta que no se resuelva este problema porque vas a un hotel a descansar, no a contar ovejas. La habitación tampoco tenía espejo de cuerpo entero y había muy poco espacio para dejar las cosas en el baño. Para ser un cinco estrellas, habitaciones muy básicas. No volveré ni lo recomendaré."

"Very very beautiful hotel, the hotel is large in size, located in the center of the ancient city, completely a modern castle after the change. Plus 40 Euro upgrade to the best room in the hotel, about 100 square meters, the various facilities in the room are very intimate and modern. Next to the hotel is a Michelin two-star restaurant. The 165 Euro one-person package has a total of 16 dishes and tastes great. The hotel has a garden restaurant, orange trees, grass surrounds, very beautiful."

"The bathroom in the lobby is clean and the interior is pretty and nice. The location is also the best. Papais and spa are right next door. It is also close to the subway and bus station."

"This hotel is well located and definitely a solid 4 star. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a good distance between the bed and the doorway. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee maker and snacks, which were perfect after my late afternoon arrival. The only drawback was the doors. While they look stylish with their decorative design, they aren’t soundproof, so you may hear some noise. Fortunately, the rooms are far enough apart that it wasn’t a major issue. Also I should have booked a room with a view as this hotel, like most hotels in Spain, gave me an inner courtyard view which is basically a window that faces a wall. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable."
