Beautiful place, definitely worth visiting. We enjoyed wandering around the place, and staying at the pool. The breakfast was amazing

This quiet town in the mountains actually also has a state-run castle hotel, which is really great! As always, the hotel is located in an ancient building, adjacent to the famous monastery, and the architectural decoration style is also integrated with the monastery, which is very Mudhar's tone. Unfortunately, the atrium garden is being renovated, otherwise the accommodation experience will be better. Although it is not easy to go to the room, you have to turn to an elevator and a few stairs, but it is worth it! There is a large balcony to enjoy the Mudhar-style monastery building! A hotel and town worth experiencing again!

Absolutely loved this parador! We also upgraded from the basic room - and it was worth it! Good and helpful staff! We had a lovely dinner there!

La ubicación del hotel está muy bien. El exterior del hotel da buena impresión nada más verlo. El problema viene después. Un hotel de 5 * no puede poner un cartel en la entrada diciendo que para ser atendido llames por teléfono a un número donde la cobertura no es buena . Tuvimos que entrar en la recepción casi sin luz y encontramos a un hombre en la cocina que nos atendio . La habitación que elegimos está bien decorada lo mismo que el resto del hotel, esto no quiere decir que sea cómoda. Nuestro AC estaba en el dentro de un mueble de madera para no romper la declaración . Es un AC Antiguo y hace mucho ruido y no es capaz de refrescar la habitación . Tuvimos que abrir las ventanas para poder dormir. La iluminación de la habitación es un poco floja para dar un ambiente relajado pero al final hay deficiencia de luz en partes de la habitación . Si quieres cenar o comer dentro del hotel tienes que decirlo con tiempo , puede ser que tenga muchos premios, como dice a la entrada del edificio principal pero no te permiten ir sin reserva. Al no tener muchas habitaciones el restaurante siempre está sin luz y cerrado. El desayuno aunque dice tipo buffet es muy justo y es el peor desayuno que he tenido en un hotel de 5 estrellas . El trato del personal se confunde de ser amable a un compañerimo o camarada que no se debe dar en un 5 *. Ya ni en un bar de pueblo te dan el bote de Colacao con la cuchara dentro para que tu te sirvas . Variedad poca y van poniendo las cosas poco a poco. El primer día solo está sirviendo el desayuno el mismo hombre que el día anterior le buscamos en la cocina para hacer el check-in . Lo mejor de todo la piscina de agua salada . Reservé una habitación familiar para 4 personas y solo había dos toallas y un pequeño bote de gel de baño. Pues tuve que ir dos veces a la recepción para tener 4 toallas y más botes de gel. Al mismo hombre de siempre. No había nadie más . No se como pueden anunciarse como hotel de 5 estrellas. En fin, piénselo bien si quieren reservar

Hotel en un antiguo convento, muy cerca de la Plaza Mayor de Trujillo pero en una zona tranquila, con fácil aparcamiento y por tener unas buenas instalaciones, el desayuno muy bueno, la cafetería para una cena ligera perfecta y muy buena atención.

We went to spend a day. We were in peace with my husband and I. The room was good and the hotel's pool was very nice. The bad thing was that the beach of the bath was unhealthy and they disconsequently disagreed with the bathroom, but it wasn't bad and it wasn't bad. If you don't like golf or sailing is also a good place. We had dinner there and we liked it ( about 80€). We also had breakfast in the cafeteria (no buffet) and it was very good. The air conditioning was essential.

We are very happy, service, cleanliness, facilities, five-star... plus everything we need, we are all treated very well. I will repeat!

I like the site even the rooms, just say constructively,that having the duches of that type is not pleasant....is sterile that they use is to put glasses above,or hostel stuff,otherwise excellent
