Very friendly staff. Will do anything to make your stay comfortable. Bar open long hour. Was able to Seat outside and have drink before bed. And take drinks ink upstairs to room. Breakfast was perfect coffee teas brought to serve at your table. Cooked full breakfast. The staff when for extras for couldn’t do more than enough to help.

Great customer service, however hotel lacks amenities and car park is absolutely tidy and tight and £25 is abit expensive.

The room was spacious, clean and perfect views. As seen on the pictures advertised. I personally found the mattress very hard and needed to use extra pillows to support and bring comfort to my back. Otherwise I would be happy to stay again. Service by staff was polite but have experienced more friendly and more welcoming from other hotels in the area. I would give the hotel 8/10.

In our opinion, an Awful hotel. Please see picture of the room we were allocated and judge for yourself. Dark, damp walls, sooo narrow, limited light, tired furniture … and holes in the carpet … why holes in the carpet? We asked to move rooms, reception were not surprised it appeared when we gave the room number. They had no availability so we moved hotel. Whole hotel looks tired , but the room …

Lovely hotel on the sea front. Staff welcoming and friendly. Rooms are adequate for our stay. Would recommend and definitely come back to stay again.

It a a nice hotel at good location in Brighton. My sea view room gets a very nice beach view. However, it is a little bit noise as we stays at second floor and the main room opposites to hotel.

There was no intercom to reception. Basic things like coffee and sugar sachets were limited.

I booked a room with view, then it turns out, it's in the basement, which smelled like the laundry room and very dingy. During the stay, they changed the keycard system and when I returned, I stood there ringing the bell for 10 min before someone saw me. Overall, not recommended.

Was upgraded to twin room which was appreciated. Room was well presented with enough storage space. Bed comfortable. Large bathroom with good shower. Just remember to close window blind as window not frosted glass! Breakfast was included and was very tasty although choice was limited. Service at breakfast was quick and staff friendly and helpful Check in and departure was dealt with efficiently and was able to leave luggage for a few hours.

Great location, no air con but asked for a fan which helped a lot with the heat. Friendly staff.

The kings Hotel was in a good location on the seafront. Parking could cause you some issues on arrival as hotel parking spaces are limited and also cones at an additional cost. Room 507 was very clean comfortable nice & quiet - however not really a issue the TV was not tuned you would have expected just to turn it on with a choice of channels to select - even going through the TV settings there was no digital signal to be able to tune the TV in🤔 All the staff were very receptive informative and made our stay a pleasant experience from checking in / out / breakfast service - Thank You👍 🤗Mike & Catherine🤗

Excellent location / we had 2 rooms with sea views spotlessly clean , & the breakfast was  good & not an extortionate price! We shall return

Staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming.nice quiet hotel.has it's own car park but only a handful of spaces.the spaces are packed so close together that you can barely get your door open let alone get out of the car.we were told to reverse into space but then had no room to open boot to get luggage out.plus you pay extra to park but you can come and go as you please if you can get back in your car.nice idea and cheaper than car parks but literally no room to maneover car.hotel room was clean,neat& tidy but very dated.bathroom looked shabby and needs an update but was clean.could hear music, snoring from man in next room.picked a Seaview room which was lovely,however next morning windows had so much condensation we couldn't see out..only open a couple of inches too.need a squeegee to wipe windows.unfortunately despite the comfy bed I didn't sleep great as being on seafront traffic was non stop all night.however I loved the hotel and would stay again.breakfast we were given a time slot for and the food was very nice.very well situated right near the i360 tower which is well worth a visit
