There’s a reception but no service. Can’t extend your stay with them, need to wait for 8am before they can assist you thru whatsapp only, they’ only send website but not the site of the exact building, and they won’t even say immediately if there are no rooms available. They’ll let you see what’s available or not, you need to ask everytime you make a move. And that’s the time that they’ll answer and they’re response is too late, until all rooms are all sold out even from their other buildings. Poor service. Receptionist have no used at all! I do not recommend this place. No extension on check out time as well! We were expecting for an extension but no available rooms in all their buildings and they can’t even say straightly they’ll just send a site for you to see for yourself then when you asked that’s the time that they’ll answer you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Also, lights on hallway are all turned off, they just have motion sensor detector. So too dark when you walk on their hallway.

Excellent for family due to the location and kids enjoy the view to the airport

The breakfast was really good, it starts from 4:00 am to 10:00 am. It’s very good for people came from another side of earth!

very good hotel, great location

basically no one speak English, very poor experience upon check in, we paid online but they ask me to pay again, we book two room but they just give one room, need a certain time to negotiate then okay to find it out by other staff with limited English speaking.

The window could not be opened for ventilation. The front desk clerk left while there was a queue. The air conditioner was noisy.

Not bad, very close to the airport, very convenient if you have an overnight flight. The room is also very large, but the breakfast variety is very small, there is nothing to eat, overall it is recommended.

The price/performance ratio of the hotel is very good. The downside is that it is close to the airport and the noise is a bit loud. The bed sheets are not very clean. The breakfast is relatively simple, especially the scrambled eggs, which are full of water and not tasty.

Despite the recent power outage in São Paulo, the hotel managed to provide satisfactory service, even with a very slow reservation system. The location is ideal for those traveling to Congonhas, it couldn't be better.

Everything was very good, the cleanliness and location was what I liked most.

Great location in relation to the airport, we were able to cross on foot. The service was very good. The breakfast has a lot of variety and works for a great period of time. I recommend!
