We only have good things to say about this hotel. Our room was in a superb condition: immaculate, new, spacious and comfy. There were also free laundry facilities on site (including dryers) which came in really handy. Would definitely choose this hotel again if we ever come back for another visit!

The room decor was great, but the smart assistant wasn't very smart – the lights kept turning off unexpectedly. I booked this room specifically for a photoshoot, and the two spotlights above the mirror were a nightmare. Too dark up close, and overexposed from a distance, making it impossible to see anything clearly. The hotel lobby's decor was beautiful, and the staff were very patient and enthusiastic, even lending me scissors without me asking. As for the photos taken inside the room, if I don't adjust the color and brightness in post-production, none of them are usable; it's just too dark. The soundproofing in the room itself was good, but not for the door – I could hear people walking and talking outside. The smart robot delivery service for meals was very convenient. Initially, I booked a room without a window, but they upgraded me to one with a window, which I really appreciate. If the room lighting could be improved, I would definitely keep booking here for photos.

The location is excellent, very close to the subway, only two stops from the South Station, taking about 20 minutes. The hygiene is great, and the bedding is superb, very new, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Most of the staff are very friendly. They upgraded my room and allowed for a late check-out based on my membership benefits. Even when the robot was busy, they still delivered food. However, there was a slight issue during breakfast communication. I hadn't booked breakfast, and when I asked a staff member how much it would cost for me and my child, she said 99 RMB would be enough. I later checked and found out that it's 48 RMB for adults and 28 RMB for children who don't meet the height requirement (my child was still too short even with shoes on). Also, even for two adults, it wouldn't be 99 RMB. When I asked another staff member why this happened, I was told that the previous person might have had a quota for signing up new members and was trying to get me to join. I explained that I wasn't informed about any membership offer. If I had been told upfront, I would have considered whether it was worth it before deciding, instead of being charged extra to sign up for a membership without my knowledge. I felt fooled. Later, other staff members apologized and offered me a discounted breakfast, and even suggested free breakfast on future stays if I added a manager on WeChat, but I declined all of it! Overall, the hotel environment is good, but this minor incident left a bad taste.

Very good hotel, in Yichun, I choose this one every time, the weather is good today, watching this lake view is also very satisfied, the waiter is also very satisfied with this is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed here, four-star quality, five-star service.
