Our stay was absolutely perfect! The hygiene was top-notch, the environment was comfortable and pleasant, and the service was warm and attentive. Krisp provided thoughtful service, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained. The room was spacious and cozy. It was such a delightful stay that we initially booked for one night but extended for two more nights after checking in. Highly recommend it!

The breakfast selection was also extensive, and the beef noodles, in particular, were a huge hit with the kids 🤩

The subway is right downstairs from the hotel, making getting around incredibly convenient. Just a short walk outside and you're on a street full of amazing food options! The hotel room style is so cozy, clean, and hygienic. My favorite part is the breakfast; it's so varied and plentiful, and the noodle soup is really delicious! The restaurant has a very elegant and high-class design. We even ordered late-night snacks to the hotel and were able to use their restaurant to eat them, which was fantastic! The front desk staff provided excellent service; everyone was very friendly and thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

Stayed here for a conference at the Optics Valley Convention Centre. Takes about 10 mins to walk there through an underground walkway. The hotel was amazing! The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. On the first day there were all kinds of welcoming fruits, a huge waffle with drink, etc. They have free laundry and ironing services, you can call the 'ah yi' to get the laundry from your room or you could go to the laundry room at level 2 yourself. The breakfast menu was a bit limited for me as a picky eater. The air-conditioning was centralised, so when the room gets warm, they told me to open the window, which did make the room cooler. The toilet was like in Japan with heated seat and bidet. The shower head was like the rain type. I like that they have motion sensors which activated dim lights when we go to the toilet in the middle of the night.  Just that the lights are a bit too dim for working and reading. Overall, the hotel exceed my expectations! Kudos!

Our family stayed in this hotel for 5 nights on our summer vacation. We have traveled to a lot of different places around the world, but Radisson Red Xi’an is definitely on the top list. The facility is very new and modern, rooms are clean, breakfast buffet is high quality and meets different needs. The location is great too. Subway is a few steps away from the hotel, you can easily go visit anywhere in the city by subway. And you also have free self service laundry, which is so convenient. 

The staff are friendly. Allen at the front desk is a great person. He is polite and provides a lot of help to us. 

It is highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit!

I stayed at Radisson RED Xi’an Olympic Sports Center for 9 days and 8 nights. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The housekeeping team did a good job, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day out.

The hotel’s design has a trendy and youthful vibe, true to the Radisson RED brand. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The location is convenient if you’re attending events around the Olympic Sports Center area, though it’s a bit far from the main city attractions.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I stayed for two nights, paying over 800 per night, and the hotel quality was just average for that price. However, a small incident when checking out this afternoon completely soured my experience. Due to traffic, I was in a rush to get back to the hotel to pick up my luggage, so I called the front desk and asked them to bring my stored luggage down to save time. I called about 20 minutes in advance, provided my room number, and confirmed the luggage tag details. The staff member agreed and said to call again when I was closer to the hotel so they could bring it down. But when I was about 5 minutes away, I called twice and no one answered. I had no choice but to rush up and get it myself. If the hotel couldn't provide this service, or even a small favor, they should have honestly told me instead of agreeing and then not following through. The hotel lobby is on the 27th floor, and guest rooms are all on the 30th floor and above. There's only one express elevator from the ground floor to the 27th-floor lobby, and then you have to transfer to another guest elevator to reach the rooms on the upper floors. I personally feel this design also poses a safety risk. (My personal experience, for reference only)
