I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hyatt. The room was incredible. When I check in they wanted  me to upgrade my room for a fee (about $45 US) but I figured, all the room have great views. I doesn’t matter if I had a city view. It was still incredible. The pool, spa, steam room and sauna were clean enough. Around the steam room there was a permanent pee odor in one  of the showers. That should be improved. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of options. The hotel is big and the restaurant seems inadequate to handle this much people at a times. Maybe they could open another restaurant to handle peak hours. The room was clean and had a large number of amenities. The TV set is a bit too small for the room. This was a great stay. The Grand Hyatt is a good option is you want to stay near the bund.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's very convenient to get to The Bund from here, and it's also close to the Shanghai Securities Museum and the Shanghai Postal Museum. Staying on the 23rd floor, you can see the Lujiazui 'three-piece suit' right from your window, and the views are absolutely stunning both day and night. The front desk staff and cleaning ladies were all very warm and friendly. We even saw a super moon while on a cruise during the Mid-Autumn Festival. It was a wonderful travel experience!

Staff at concierge and reception did provide services but  not truly friendly and not sincere, I have.not experienced this not welcoming feeling from anywhere Grand Hyatt in other countries

The first stop of the trip to Dubai, I stayed at this hotel when I arrived by plane! There are two Jinmao on Ctrip. In fact, this one is in the podium of Jinmao, which should be considered older. The hotel room is very large. We booked a double bedroom room, and there is also a large living room and kitchen, but the facilities are a bit old. Fortunately, we can go to the Jinmao next door for breakfast. The breakfast is very rich, but it is not for the Chinese taste. The coffee is worthy of praise. The latte art is very good. The other facilities of the hotel are also great. Unfortunately, we left early and returned late and did not enjoy them. After all, it was still a bit cold in early February and not suitable for swimming. The overall evaluation is not bad.

The price is average, there are 3 cable cars at the entrance of the hotel, but the road is still under construction, you can take the shuttle bus to the cable car station, not far from the hotel, the hotel has a snow house, free cabinets can store snowboards
