Pet friendly Hotels in Boston

Quirky and individual with a very nice vibe. We loved this hotel for its location and its character. We had a king room with bathroom down the hall which worked absolutely great for us. Don’t be put off by the bathroom arrangements, we had the choice of 2 sets of bathrooms, one with 4 cubicles, one with 5. They are scrupulously clean with lots of clean towels available day and night, we didn’t find it too much of an inconvenience at all. We didn’t use any of the restaurants or the coffee shop in the lobby so cannot comment but the hotel itself is a gem!

The hotel was lovely. It was a little confusing as there are two hotel names under one roof and the gentleman checking in forgot to mention that I could use my Hilton rewards to receive a welcome gift as he did with everyone else checking in. The breakfast has a great selection of fruits or meals, cereals and pages. The coffee is on tap are helpful if they were available all day breakfast ending at 9 AM is just unheard of, quite early. I did a food delivery one night and the food was dropped off on a delivery shelf, which was quite innovative. The gym facility was excellent. Would only fault the location as it’s quite a distance from the actual Seaport boardwalk and you can only catch a cab or drive coming with this hotel.

Traveled to Boston with our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids ages 12, 11, and 8 to see Twenty One Pilots at TD Garden. I booked a corner suite with a city view on a high floor and that’s exactly what we got. The room was way more than I expected and was so happy with it. Wall to wall windows with an amazing view, 2 queen beds that were comfortable and cozy and we had a roll in bed brought to the room for my daughter. The roll in bed was an Actual bed, not an uncomfortable cot! Even with the extra bed we still had so much space. The best part of the room in my opinion was the fact that floor was laminate wood! No nasty hotel carpet! Also had a full size leather couch, fridge, 3 night stands, spacious closet, plenty of lamps and light and the air conditioning/heat worked beautifully! The bathroom was clean and shower was amazing with a rain shower head, frosted glass doors and all tile. Bar 10 restaurant and bar in the hotel had 24 hour room service and also breakfast. The food was phenomenal. On site Starbucks in lobby as well. Super easy access to the Subway, only one block over. The Westin is connected to shopping mall with high end designers I.e LV, Gucci, Jimmy Choo etc which is a big plus! There were a couple of Cons though…Valet parking was great but they failed to mention that it would cost $75 per day! There’s a parking garage across the street to use for a fraction of the price. I booked our room with a package to include breakfast each morning for all 5 of us, kids 12 and under are free. However, morning 1 we ate and they brought the bill over for $160….they made the correction and all was good. Breakfast day 2, the policy all of a sudden changed to kids under 5 eat free…. And my husband and I ordered bloody Mary’s which were priced at $10 each which we planned on paying for since that’s not included. The price for those 2 drinks mysteriously increased from $10 each to $18 each! Lastly, the hotel listed and pictured a pool as one of the amenities which was the main reason for booking because of my kids. However, at Check in I asked what floor the pool is on to which they said unfortunately we don’t have a pool….When I reserved the corner suite for 2 nights with breakfast included it was $504 per night, after taxes total was around $1200 at Check in but they charged us a total of $1,950! So an extra $700 was added for what I have no clue.

Really enjoyable stay. Mario at front desk helped check in early. The bed was small but the location of the hotel is fantastic. Right near the Boston common. House keeping everyday and was quite clean.

Very nice hotel, the guy at the front desk is from Shanghai, very professional and handsome. He took the initiative to help order lunch. The afternoon tea on the first floor is very good. I made an appointment with friends to have afternoon tea together. It feels similar to the Peninsula Shanghai. I didn't read the menu carefully and ordered an ice cream. Ahaha, in the end, the whole afternoon tea was not charged. I'm really sorry.

Location was convenient for ppl arriving late or departing very early in the morning

Watch out where you staying ! We’ve been using intercontinental hotel very well for couple years We live 5 hrs aways from the boston city Every time when we spend some time in the city we always book intercontinental hotel cause this hotel service, cleanness everything was so perfect. It worth, we loved it But lately we are very disappointed of services.last night we stayed was worst experience ever had at intercontinental hotel We stayed a night First. There is No robes. I tried to call lobby so many times! no answer . ( I had exactly same problem couple days ago when we stayed at your hotel. I had to go downstairs to ask for robe) Second. No answer lobby phone as I mentioned at first we’ve tried to call lobby so many time for services. ( Cart, water, etc) but NO answer Every time when I need I had to go Downstairs.. (Until last year? You guys were so good! since this year summer! I believe that you guys were NO answer AT ALL) Third. This is major !! We had a flight next morning so we booked your hotel as usual but we got connection room that I didn’t know even when we are check in there is nothing mentioned We were about to fall asleep around 12am and we hearing some grrrrrrr grrrrrrrr I thought A/C had something problems and we realized we HEARING someone’s snoring our next door!!!! And we couldn’t sleep at all stayed all night to go the airport next morning …. I got so mad… we paid for a night $550 at 5stars hotel and no sleep …no comfort there is no difference $80 inn out there.. So i claimed it next day when I checked out There is one lady who helped me checked out she told me she cant do anything with it but she will give me Email address of manager so i can claim through them But Email also Wrong ! What a WORST experience ever Years of good experiences have all crumbled this year. Anyways watch out where are you staying the room

It's only five minutes away from Chinatown and five minutes away from Downtown Crossing subway station. It's a very convenient place. You can ask for slippers from the hotel. I've been in the United States for more than ten days. This is the first time I got slippers from a hotel. There's even a microwave. I packed some food from a restaurant the day before and called the front desk to ask if they could help heat it up. I didn't expect them to move a microwave directly. The room is not big, but there are many plugs, so you don't have to worry about not having a place to charge. The water in the refrigerator needs to be charged extra, 4 dollars a bottle. But the sound insulation is really not very good. You can hear the faucet next door flushing the toilet.

Very satisfied. I stayed in two different Hilton hotels during this trip to Boston. I recommend this one more because it is more cost-effective, provides breakfast, and has coffee and hot water available all day.

The location is very good, close to the public market and Quincy Market, the surrounding is very prosperous and it is very convenient to eat! The hotel facilities are very new, very clean, and the decoration is also very modern! There is a little sister who speaks Chinese at the front desk of the hotel. She is very friendly and kind! We talked for a long time! The hotel lobby is very upscale, warm and comfortable, and sitting quietly is also a kind of enjoyment! It is a good hotel and I will consider it next time I go to Boston! (There is a popular restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The lobster noodles and cuttlefish noodles are especially delicious 😋)
