YYingtaoxiaojieThe hotel is located in the heart of Old Town Boston, right next to Boston Common, which is also the starting point of the Freedom Trail. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, with several subway lines nearby, and it's only about a 15-minute walk from Boston South Station.
The room itself was on the smaller side, but perfectly fine for opening up two 20-inch suitcases, and it was very clean. I paid for 3 nights' accommodation through Trip.com, and then an additional $122 for incidentals and taxes upon arrival at the hotel. The front desk gave me three $35 vouchers, which I used for breakfast (my room rate didn't include it). There were about seven or eight main dish options for breakfast. These vouchers could also be used for drinks, fruit, snacks, etc. There's no change given; if you go over $35, it's charged to your room and settled at check-out. I also received two drink vouchers.
The front desk is on the second floor, as is the breakfast area, which transforms into a bar in the evenings.
My room faced the street, so it was a bit noisy. The hotel is surrounded by Chinatown, offering many Chinese restaurants.

GGuest UserConvenient pick up at the airport (need to call ahead and the shuttle arrives 15-20 min later). Hotel is about 10min from the terminals.
Quiet and spacious rooms. Very nice service at the front desk. Gym, pool and laundromats available in the hotel.
Breakfast was ok. Very ordinary.

Jjackie0316This trip was quite pleasant and left a deep impression. The hotel has complete facilities and a comfortable and pleasant environment. The service staff are also very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. The design of the room is simple and elegant, and it is very clean and tidy. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, which makes people's appetite grow. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and is worth recommending to everyone. Next time I have the chance, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I hope more people can experience this beauty in the future.

WWee PengCredits for food variety for the morning bf , complimentary snacks upon check in and free evening reception and free shuttle service to and from airport. Disappointed with reception poor services. Prepaid 3 nites room charges but only activated my room card for a night. Felt bad especially we had a day out coming back exhausted during night unable to enter the room, need to walk down and request for the key update which experienced unfriendly and rude management staff without apologies for the incident happen, in return asking back, what do you want me to do now?

GGuest UserApartment-style hotel, the room is spacious, you can cook by yourself, there is a refrigerator. There is breakfast, although the variety is not very rich, but basically everything is available, the nutrition is definitely balanced. What satisfies me most is that there is hot water, which can be obtained at the front desk at any time throughout the day. The location is also very good, there are many buses around, and it is not far from the Orange Line subway station, which is very convenient for travel. There is a large supermarket across the street downstairs, which has all kinds of daily necessities. The staff are very friendly and the service is also in place. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe service and facilities were excellent! Although breakfast is not included, the ground-level food court offers a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the hotel's location is conveniently adjacent to the Longwood Medical Area and Metro transportation. It is beneficial for anyone who visit the Longwood area.

KKeiko ParkThis hotel was pretty good. The staff were kind. They let me know this is a new hotel, so they are still working out some kinks. There was some difficulty with check-in due to their computer system. Besides that, there were no issues. The heat worked well, which was a relief. There is no youtube or netflix on the tv, which I was not used to, but there was cable so we did watch some tv.
