relatively good value overall. But travellers should bare in mind, they do not adhere to a normal practice of allowing customer to store luggage free of charge, they charge 5 for that. In addition, transport from airport is not straightforward, and is misleading in their email that says direct access is possible via tram. At the moment of writing, it costs more than an hour to arrive at this hotel from airport via public transport.

Easy to get by tram and you take the tram direct to airport without changing. Staff was okay and the female dorm is clean.. I just didn't like much the layout over here compare to other Eklo hostel. I stay in 8 persons room and there are two bathroom so u don't really have to wait any..

My recent two-night stay at this hotel was profoundly disappointing and concerning. I encountered multiple issues that made for a truly unpleasant experience. More alarmingly, I experienced a severe breach of security. On one occasion, a staff member entered my room and left the door wide open until I returned late at night. This is completely unacceptable and put my belongings and personal safety at significant risk. It shows a shocking lack of training and responsibility from the hotel staff. Furthermore, despite staying for two nights, there was no cleaning service provided. This meant we had to contend with an already unclean room for the entirety of our stay, which only compounded the discomfort. Given the combination of uncleanliness, a serious security lapse, and absent basic services, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I strongly advise against staying here if you value cleanliness, safety, and attentive service.

Great stay with friends. Room is slightly on the small side but we didn’t mind that as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Food and drink price and quality was great and the wine was delicious. Only downside was the internet kept dropping out whilst on work calls. Would definitely stay again.

There a pantry and cozy common area, enough for short stay with budget.

Rooms with beds that make a little individual cocoon even if it is a dormitory, staff always smiling and pleasant, ready to welcome us and help us if necessary. Really at the top, don't change anything

Well located. Decent room. Staff was a bit lacking in organization. I had a few minor issues with the rooms and billing, which were quickly resolved. They were still friendly, however, and I recommend them.

We arrived, good reception, we go to the room and we saw that there was a nest of ants in the shower partition, they immediately changed us rooms and the work in the morning is not possible so we have to remedy all that

The beds were clean, the rooms were well designed, and the lobby was comfortable and relaxing at night.

Bad reception, 6-bed dormitory and it claims to be a hotel...0 points...place to avoid...

The concept is pretty cool. The staff are nice, but this was the first hotel in my life that charged a fee for storing my suitcase before check-in. The €50 security deposit wasn't mentioned; it was simply charged to my credit card. The bathroom door doesn't close properly. The entrance door to the room can only be locked with force once you're inside. There's no soap in the room. When I asked, I was given only shower gel and shampoo in a plastic bag.

I found it to be a good place to stay. I had no problems arriving, only the room was messy because of the other guests.
