"It was my first time staying in a Hostel and I was nervous. However, when I arrived the staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was new and comfortable and the room was very quiet. The hostel has basic kitchen including a fridge and cooking facilities to make breakfast and a coffee. Also, it has a restaurant and swimming pool. The location was perfect, only 7 minutes walking distance to Gare St Jean train station. So easy to go to the city center as well as catch a shuttle bus '30 Direct' to the airport. I had an excellent experience and a good time to see Bordeaux in 3 days."

"Close to downtown, room is big and clean. Breakfast is good but parking entrance is difficult to find or notice. It’s not belong to the hotel nor connected to the hotel, which is not convenient nor cheap. Cleaning staff has too much perfume which made the room smelly after cleaning."

"The hotel is well located near public transportation and walking distance from the city famous places. The room is spacious and confortable. It was recently refurbished, but some appliances (e. g. lights) were not working. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the stay."

"The hotel is great, both the room and the breakfast, the staff are very friendly. The only downside I can mention is that upon arrival they asked for a €100 deposit per night, which we didn't think was appropriate since the room had been paid for weeks in advance. We said that we hadn't been informed of this and that we had never had a deposit taken by credit card at a hotel before, and then they told us it was optional... so we didn't leave a deposit, but we were still quite alarmed."

"The hostel is very new and modern, I really liked the sturdy bunk beds and the comfy sheets. I appreciate that they do not charge more for the all female dorm. The room is very spacious, the shower is nice there is a table and chairs in the room. The hostel also has a kitchen and overall the buildings are nice and modern. The staff was also very sweet, supportive and I talked to a troublesome guest that multiple people complained about. For an even better experience I would suggest a bigger bin, that is emptied daily and to put the house rules on the door."
