"Very nice. I was kind of worried before I checked in, since I saw some negative reviews. Even it's not a new hotel, but it clean and quiet, and in a style of late 80s. The stuff was helpful. The gym  is not big, but fairly enough for short term stay. You got dumbbells. Only one thing annoying me was the WiFi network is terribly slow."

"I have been here countless times, and this is my first time writing a review. It is a good choice, but the front desk staff is not as friendly as before. It is very convenient to get there in a short time from the airport. Parking is convenient, and it is very close to the Mall. There is also a Mississippi River Nature Park nearby, so friends who like hiking can go there. Anyway, I am used to it, and I am used to staying here every time. The food is relatively rich."

"Stayed here for a basketball tournament. The shuttle service is great to get to mall and back. The breakfast was very good also. My family really enjoyed it and will be back again."

"This is the worst hotel I've ever booked while on a business trip. First, I was misled by the "opening in 2024" claim. Locals know it's a very old hotel; it's just been renamed Double Tree and hasn't been renovated. I initially thought that since it's under the Hilton brand, the quality control would be decent, but the sinks were clogged, the towels were dirty, and I complained to the front desk about everything, but not a single "sorry"! After one night, I couldn't stand it anymore and wanted to change hotels, but because I booked four nights through Ctrip, the hotel wouldn't let me get a refund, saying I'd lose the room fee. I called Ctrip to complain, and they really did provide a very efficient solution! Later, my American friend booked me the Hilton Garden Inn next door, which was much better! The price was about the same, and it was even cheaper than Double Tree because of Gold Membership. In short, don't book this hotel!!!"

"I chose it because it was close to the airport, accessible by subway, and had a shuttle bus. I didn't expect much from the room, but it was not expensive, and I was surprised that it was spacious like a suite. It was clean and the bed was nice. However, it was cold, and I didn't know how to control the heater. It was a shame that it didn't work well and was cold. The facilities are old, so it seems to have worn out. Breakfast was free?, but I couldn't eat it because I had to go early in the morning. You have to call the airport shuttle bus, and when you get a call, an old man comes. The car was a bit dirty, but there was talk that you should give a tip, but it seems like many people don't. You have to pay a deposit, so I thought I should prepare cash."
