"Gran hotel tanto por su ubicación como por sus servicios. El personal de la recepción super agradable y el personal de limpieza igualmente. El desayuno buffet muy variado con unos productos locales de calidad. Repetiremos seguro en nuestra próxima visita a Durango."

"The hotel is very clean and offers good service. It's located right next to the highway, which is great if you're just passing through. However, if your purpose is to visit Bilbao, the hotel is quite far from the city center and public transport options are limited. You'll need a car, but be aware of the high parking costs in the city."

"Stayed a couple of nights in NYX Hotel Bilbao. The location of the hotel is ideal, with most attractions within easy walking distance. Close to the old part of Bilbao which has plenty of restaurants and bars. Also close to shops and a nice riverside walk to the Guggemheim museum. Can’t rate food as did not use hotel amenities. Overall the hotel had a modern stylish feel to it. Check in and out was speedy and staff were courteous.Rooms are quite small and the glass walled bathroom may not suit everyone’s taste. All in all, we were happy to stay at this hotel for it’s location and overall stylishness."

"This hotel is a perfect experience! Stepping into the room, everything you see is spotlessly clean, and the owner's warm and friendly smile instantly dispels the fatigue of the journey. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the bustling streets, where shopping and dining are within easy reach. There is a church opposite the hotel, and a 5-minute walk to a former Michelin restaurant, which is particularly delicious."

"La verdad es que todo estuvo estupendo. Nos encantó tanto la parte del hotel como la del balneario; estuvimos muy cómodos y agusto. La habitación era preciosa, la cama muy cómoda y el baño estaba perfectamente equipado. Los alrededores del hotel son preciosos y el parking es amplio, disponible a cualquier hora. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. El balneario cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una hora de relax. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que, en toda las páginas web de reservas, aparece que el desayuno cuesta 8,50 € por persona, pero nos cobraron 12 € por persona. Sería recomendable que actualizaran esa información."

"Nice comfortable place for a short stay. I like their coffee and croissants in the morning, though breakfast spread not amazing but quality is there. Ample parking space and quiet surroundings. The room walls may not have sufficient sound proofing though as I keep hearing noises from outside and the neighbors."

"A nice hotel just opposite the San Mames stadium. Very quiet (unless there's a game of course), really friendly staff at the reception and elsewhere. 5 minutes walk to subway and tram stations, or great walk through the park to the Guggenheim. Greatly recommended"
