I had a great stay at jingleehong hotel. The location is very good and it's walking distance from many local restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The staff were always helpful and on duty; whoch were 2 boys that always helped me with everything. There was always water and coffee provided. 5 star :)

It was amazing, I really like it! Would definitely come again. It's good located and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Even free water coffee, fruits soft drink 24h!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here with two friends, and we were thoroughly impressed with our experience! Our room was clean, spacious, and perfectly accommodated the three of us. The service staff were consistently polite and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. What really stood out was the hotel's innovative use of technology! We were thrilled to see an AI robot delivering our food orders, and the room's smart AI system provided endless entertainment options. We also made good use of the gym facilities, although we did notice that some of the equipment was faulty. Hopefully, the hotel will address this issue to ensure a safe workout environment for future guests. On a positive note, the WiFi connection was stable and reliable throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely return for our next Beijing adventure! Highly recommended!

Location is superb - at the center of the Guomao area. Easy taxi ride to shoudu airport or Beijing south station if you are to travel by high speed train. Subway station is around the corner of the block - the size of a beijing block of course, so it's a bit of walking, but still close-by by beijing standard. The hotel lobby is connected to an extensive mall. I found a 24-hour 7-11 store inside the mall which turned out to be very handy. Service was superb. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are great - looks like the design was influenced by Toni Chi but i couldn't find out who's the designer. Breakfast starts at 6:30 with abundant choices which is great. The only thing is that there's a beer bar right at the lobby which can be loud at night. A fitness club is also quite popular with people going in and out. But if that does not bother you it's a fantastic place. All in all it's one of my top hotel experiences. I travel a lot and hopefully that means something.

Always great experience staying at the Millennium. Staff is customer- focused, helpful and friendly which makes me feel right at home. This is my fifth stay at the Millennium. Highly recommend for those who seek a comfortable, home away from home- like environment!

*Excellent Stay!* I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The room was spotless, and the extra king-size bed was a game-changer – it comfortably accommodated three adults. The selection of pillows was a lovely touch, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel room even came equipped with an air purifier which ensured a clean and fresh environment for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is superb, with a convenient store (Lawson) right in the adjoining building. The staff were incredibly helpful, too – when I requested an iron and ironing board, they arrived promptly. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping the room tidy and even replenished the delicious walnut snacks. The front desk team was super kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay – the food was mouth-watering, with Chinese, Japanese and Western selections. The hotel's proximity to the metro station (just a 5-minute walk) made exploring the city a breeze, especially with Wangfujing being just two stops away. Overall, I'm so impressed with this hotel and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room is great, but I was unhappy with the service 1. During check in I was asked to make payment for the hotel despite prepayment being made, I had to show the staff that prepayment was made and The counter staff showed no apologies.. 2. For the laundry service, the staff showed a lack of proactive, as the clothes were supposed to be FOLDED and return by next day 6pm.. which was not done, until I gave them a call and realized the payment has to be made first, despite me telling the staff (before passing them the clothes for washing)that I'll make payment upon check out(IN MANDARIN). For a 5 star hotel like this, it is rather disappointing.. which I would not consider staying at Sofitel globally again.

Stayed 6 night in their one bedroom room suite, added an extra bed in the living room with plenty of space left to move about. The hotel is fairly new with sufficient amenities and power sockets. Electric curtains help to provide privacy. Cleanliness is good with friendly and approachable staffs. Hotel is located within a mall but it doesn’t have a drive through area, not an huge issue with luggage as lift lobby is available. As mentioned located in mall provide many options on food and necessities. Never encounter any immediate traffic jams surrounding the location, calling Online car-hailing is easy, plenty of places to check out on foot.

The rooms are very well cleaned by housekeeping team and the room amenities are excellent. I never had to call anyone as everything you need is in the room. Club lounge was nice, and I definitely will stay here again.

We booked the Horizon Club Deluxe room, so it included high tea, happy hours and exclusive check-in entry. We thoroughly enjoyed all the complimentary services. Must mention that high tea had wide variety of food spread. The staff is very polite and ready to attend with your request. Must mention Mr. Philips, the GM there, he was so knowledgeable and well-traveled. We had a interesting conversation with him. Resturants are very good and cater fir all palates.
