The place was in massive need of renovation, the drains were smelly and taking a shower in this bathroom made me feel dirtier than before the shower. Saying that, the location was very close to my bus pickup for the great wall. And the staff were absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and very helpful, they gave me a free room upgrade to a bigger room as I had so much luggage and they also kept a luggage for me for three days for free. If I was ranking based on the staff only, I would give them 5 starts.

We initially stayed in the Smart Tatami room, but requested for an upgrade to a bigger room. The staff were happy to assist us with the upgrade and made the change process easy for us. Throughout our 9 days stay, they always greeted us with a warm smile and even would lend us a helping hand by bringing our bags or shopping to the room when we reached back to the hotel after a long day out. The hotel and rooms are very clean. Rooms are cleaned daily and there’s also free on-site laundry self-service for guests, which is extremely helpful if you’re needing to travel light! There’s complimentary water, snacks, and tea daily. The night staff were very nice and during the checkout process, helped bring our bags out to our DiDi ride. My wife and I will definitely come back and stay here again when we visit Beijing next time. The subway is only a short 8 minutes walk from the hotel and there’s a very big mall, Hopson One, just further up from the hotel. ID Mall is slightly smaller but just opposite the hotel. Plenty of food and public transport nearby. Definitely recommend Jingli Hotel for your stay.

Good location with reasonable walks to the subway. Nearby there’s McDonald’s, 紫光园 and other restaurants. Comfy room with wide beds. There’s a pretty Japanese Garden within the hotel. Only complaint is the traffic in Beijing is bad, so it takes a while to travel in and out of the hotel by car during peak hours as the location is pretty centralised.

Hotel is located right opposite near the Lawson convenient store and the shopping mall that easily found the food. You can walk or take a bicycle ride to the Yong An Li metro station within 10 minutes. The room is ok for the money you spent, cleanliness, soft bed and electronic toilet bowl even water from shower head is strength. Breakfast is wonderful but less western style but overall is ok. Room service, laundry servie and complimentary late checkout service is ok for me. Staff are kind and professional. But!!!!!! i need the kitchen staff to keep in mind to carefully check your food ounce again before serving to the guest. Imagine if the three pieces of hard stone broke my teeth out. And receptionist.. please carefully check the inhouse guest staying period. I don't know when did the electricity shut off at night or early morning but all your room technology system is relied on the electricity which means room light and toilet bowl are not working just because the room card is out of dated? To sum up, i love here and recommend.

What a wonderful stay! The breakfast was next level, with so much variety of Chinese and continental options to choose from. Different Beijing specialties are offered each day so you can try all the local street foods here at breakfast! Staff is very helpful and attentive, eager to ensure guests are well taken care of. I would not hesitate to return again.

We recently stayed for 3 days at this hotel as a family with an infant and while the overall stay was pleasant, I feel compelled to share some important points that made our experience fall short of what we expected from a five-star establishment. To begin with, we had booked a Premier Suite, anticipating a top-tier experience. Unfortunately, several issues left us feeling like we were staying in a three-star hotel at best. * Cleanliness was disappointing — the floors were visibly dirty, and when we wiped them with a white towel, it turned dark. Photos attached clearly show the level of cleanliness we encountered. * The room showed noticeable wear and tear, with interior elements feeling aged and in need of refurbishment. Some parts felt like they hadn’t been updated in decades. * On our last night, the bathroom light could not be turned off, which made it very difficult to sleep. With our baby already asleep, we couldn’t call anyone to fix it without disturbing her. * The spinning chair in the room looked stylish but made loud, unpleasant noises, making it impossible to sit and relax in peace. * Several power sockets (about four) were not working, which was frustrating — especially when we tried to make tea or charge devices. We had to use inconveniently placed sockets instead. * A lingering smell of cigarette smoke was present in the room throughout our stay, suggesting the furniture and fabrics have absorbed it over time. * The female sauna was completely non-functional, which was a disappointment. * We consistently pressed the ”Do Not Disturb” button, hoping for privacy, but every time we left the room, it was cleaned despite our request. While it's nice that the room was cleaned, our preference should have been respected. * We also attempted to order food by phone twice, and our orders were never received. Whether this was due to a language barrier or other reasons remains unclear — but it was frustrating nonetheless. Considering that Sofitel is a well-established and globally recognized luxury hotel brand, you would never expect to come across such issues. All of the above certainly will influence our families and our friends future decisions when choosing Sofitel hotels . I want to stress that the stay overall wasn’t terrible — we enjoyed our time together as a family and had some positive moments. However, the above issues significantly detracted from what should have been a premium five-star experience. For the price and rating, we expected more attention to detail and basic functionality.

The apartment we booked was a 2 bedroom unit on the 27th floor. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a western style coffee machine and roasted beans. I needed some extra blankets and bedsheets for my family and they were sent to me quickly. Also, I wanted a late check-out as my train was in the afternoon. It was arranged quickly without any additional fees. Absolutely loved it and will stay here again when I visit Beijing next time!!!

I had a very satisfying trip. The hotel's environment and facilities were excellent. The front desk staff, in particular, provided outstanding service. I had called ahead to request a room with a view of the CCTV Tower, and the young lady at the front desk quickly located a suitable room and efficiently processed my reservation. Her professionalism and attentive demeanor were truly commendable. The trendy gym was fantastic, and the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. I had originally booked my stay hoping to get a close-up view of the military parade. Unfortunately, despite being in such a prime location, I ironically couldn't get a clear view of the event. I only managed to catch silhouettes of the aircraft, which was a slight disappointment.

Enjoyable stay. Rooms were clean and spacious with great view of the CBD area. Service was 10/10 with friendly staff. The pool was amazing along with a super clean gym. The food was tasty and lots of delicious treats.

The hotel boasts an excellent location. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, even printing documents for me free of charge. It's conveniently less than a ten-minute walk from a subway station, and Shimao Tianjie (The Place) is also nearby, making shopping incredibly convenient. You'll find numerous snack stalls and eateries right downstairs and in the surrounding area. Beijing's renowned Halal restaurant, Ziguangyuan, is also within easy reach, adding to the convenience. Overall, it's a super convenient and highly recommendable hotel. Fantastic!
