I was in Beijing's Yizhuang area for a business trip and stayed at the Grand Skylight Hotel. I arrived quite late at the front desk that night, and I'd like to thank Zhang from the front desk for their warm and attentive service. The living environment was excellent, very spacious and clean.

This location isn't too far from Ciqumen subway station, about a 10-15 minute walk. There are shared e-scooters and bikes available nearby. Plus, there are several dining options in the area, many of which are open 24/7.

The front desk team at your hotel demonstrated exceptional professionalism. Ms. Alysia proactively offered a packed breakfast during check-in and maintained a patient and smiling demeanor throughout the process, readily offering assistance. This significantly enhanced my stay. Lilian promptly reviewed the bill during check-out, making the process very efficient. This customer-centric service philosophy is truly commendable and deserving of recognition.

This hotel is truly excellent and offers great value for money. The price is reasonable, the hotel decor is quite nice, the soundproofing is good, the rooms are large, bright, and very well-ventilated, and the sunlight streaming in is very pleasant. There's also a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient, and takeout can be delivered upstairs. The receptionist was very welcoming and provided excellent service. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing. Highly recommended!

They really pay attention to the details, and the toiletries provided were comprehensive and of good quality. I booked this online, hoping to be closer to my company for a business trip. Didn't expect the environment to be worse than imagined. The air conditioning felt like it wasn't even on. It was a small window room, and I couldn't adjust anything. Breakfast was decent, but the space was a bit cramped. It would be better if I could change room types if I wasn't satisfied.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. While it's not luxurious, it's clean and tidy. Downstairs, packages from various companies are organized, making it convenient for guests to pick up their deliveries. The room is a bit small, but the bedding is comfortable. There's also a laundry room and gym, which is very handy. All in all, I like it.

The environment and everything else were fine, but the hotel entrance was really hard to find. You have to go through the Orange Hotel and then cross a connecting walkway. There were no signs, so it was genuinely difficult to locate, and even the navigation app wasn't much help!

Just finished my stay at the newly renovated Pullman Beijing South, and it was a really good experience. The rooms are all freshly refurbished, and the facilities are brand new. I especially want to commend Lane at the front desk – she was quick and enthusiastic during check-in, and proactively provided information about the hotel and its amenities. She got my stay off to a great start.
