The hotel's location is super convenient with plenty of amenities nearby. The decor is cozy yet tasteful, and the common areas are very inviting. Ellen at the front desk and Peter, the concierge manager, were both incredibly friendly and attentive. The room comfort was top-notch. Everything was thoughtfully put together, making for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Wow! My colleague told me about a new hostel that just opened nearby, and since my lease was up right around Chinese New Year, I decided to check it out. I'm absolutely thrilled with it! It's small, but has everything you need. The facilities are super thoughtful and user-friendly, and the design is really unique. The cleaning lady is so sweet; every day she asks how my stay is and if I need anything. I'm really touched by that. The room is spotless, and best of all, there are all sorts of food places right downstairs – a lifesaver for me since waiting for delivery takes forever. I can get from my room to a restaurant in under a minute. It's fantastic, really great.

I brought my child to Beijing No. 3 Hospital, and the hotel's location is very close to the hospital. The hotel facilities and room amenities are all very clean, and the hotel even offered a complimentary late-night snack. It's a newly opened hotel from last year. When we checked out, my child's bracelet was left in the room. We only realized it after arriving back in Jilin. I contacted a hotel staff member, Sun Yi, who was incredibly enthusiastic and responsible. He immediately found the bracelet. After learning that we had already left Beijing, he asked for our address and contact number and sent it back to us via SF Express. Many thanks to Sun Yi! 🙏 If I come to Beijing again in the future, I will definitely stay at the丽怡 Hotel again!

Five-star rating, highly recommend! The lobby is elegant and spotless, with a super comfortable atmosphere. The service was warm, attentive, and incredibly polite. They even reached out with a thoughtful pre-arrival message, which was a lovely touch. Atour's bedding is always so comfortable; I slept soundly. The in-room amenities are very comprehensive, and breakfast offers a great variety. The shower had excellent water pressure and a stable temperature, making for a fantastic shower experience! Overall, my stay was superb, highly recommended!

The location is decent. The male manager and staff at the front desk, and Xiao Dong from concierge, were all very friendly; I felt their warmth during my extended stay. However, a certain female manager at the front desk severely lacked service awareness. Her attitude was very robotic, like she was just going through the motions, and she lacked hospitality. Seeing her made me not even want to stay at the hotel. The female manager on duty on May 1st was particularly rigid with breakfast management, which made for a poor experience. The hotel uses a central air conditioning system, so the temperature cannot be adjusted individually, limiting comfort. Given the intense competition in the hotel industry today, I hope management takes seriously the need to adjust service attitudes and improve quality with customer experience at its core. Overall, I'd give it half a star (specifically for that female manager who lacked service awareness).

The room I stayed in this time was very quiet, not noisy at all. The front desk handled issues very quickly, and the hygiene was excellent, making for a worry-free stay. As a loyal customer, I've always highly recommended it; the value for money is great, and the experience was superb.

This is a new hotel from 2025, so all the facilities are brand new. The design is simple, stylish, and cozy, and it's very clean. There was even a small, fresh potted plant on the desk. The room looked exactly like the official photos provided by the hotel, which is a huge plus for authenticity – many hotels have official pictures that are wildly different from reality. The location is within the North Fourth Ring Road, making it very convenient to get to Wudaokou and Zhongguancun, and it's not far from the subway station. The soundproofing could be a bit better, but it's hard to find a hotel with great soundproofing these days. The front desk staff and cleaning ladies were all very nice and even offered kind well wishes before I left. The hotel itself has very limited parking, but there are quite a few parking lots nearby, which is convenient.

Must praise the hotel's self-service washing and drying machine! It is too troublesome to bring a bunch of laundry for a long-term business trip. The laundry and drying are in place in one step, and the machine is brand new and easy to use, saving the cost and waiting time for washing. The laundry room is clean and tidy, and the space is spacious. This package is really too practical for passengers. Few hotels of the same grade can be so intimate and full of points!

I was visiting Beijing and wanted to climb the Great Wall the next day. I took bus No. 877, which was just two subway stops away from this hotel. The hotel is very close to both the bus and subway stations. It's also close to the Bird's Nest and the Water Cube. There are many restaurants nearby, including Haidilao, Sichuan cuisine, and Cantonese cuisine. The breakfast was also good, the hotel was very clean, and the sleep was very comfortable. The soundproofing was a little weak, but overall, it was a great value!

We booked a room for 4 nights during the college entrance exam period. The hotel was very thoughtful: they assigned us a room with a lucky number, in a quiet location, which was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view. Upon check-in, they even gave a small gift to the student. A special thank you to Li Lingmei, the housekeeper from room 1008, Zheng Lili, the supervisor, and Lisa at the front desk. Their service was incredibly attentive, they were always ready to help, responded quickly, and had a warm demeanor, which made things much easier for both the student and parents!
