This hotel is quite close to the Bird's Nest stadium, which is convenient if you're attending a concert there. The overall style is more business-oriented, and the facilities feel a bit dated. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. It had a bathtub, but the bathroom lighting was a bit dim. They even gave us some complimentary items when we checked in, and the staff were friendly. A minor inconvenience was the lack of USB charging ports; I had to unplug the bedside lamp to charge my phone. Also, there's no robot delivery service; you have to go downstairs to the parcel locker to pick up food deliveries.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the central heating made it very warm. Parking was convenient, and it was also close to the subway station and the Air Force Hospital. It was also convenient to buy fruit and eat nearby. The room had a private washing machine, which was super convenient as you could do laundry anytime. Overall, a great stay, highly recommended!

The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate for a family of three. The service overall was excellent. I think the breakfast is even better than what you'd find at a five-star hotel – it's small but exquisite. The late-night congee at 'Zhou Dao' (Congee Way) was simple but delicious and very comforting. Service: The service was generally great. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was this: The shampoo and conditioner in our room were almost empty. On the way back to our room, I happened to run into some housekeepers. I asked for two new bottles, and the long-haired auntie readily agreed and, after checking with a supervisor, handed them over. However, another short-haired auntie standing nearby told the long-haired auntie, ”Go into the room and take out the old ones.” Initially, I didn't think much of it – it makes sense, if I want new ones, you take the old ones. But then I inadvertently looked up and saw the short-haired auntie winking at the long-haired auntie and urging her several times to follow me into the room. I understood that she was probably worried I might take the old or new bottles, or perhaps they wanted to take the old ones for themselves. Everything else was excellent – the location, the facilities. And the black tea was really good! The long-haired auntie even gave my child some cookies. Thank you! 🙏

I specifically booked this hotel for a concert, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Minnie at the front desk! She totally understood our needs as concert-goers and thoughtfully arranged a quiet room for us that was also convenient for getting around. She even kindly reminded us about return transportation and late-night food spots nearby. Her attitude was super friendly, and she was enthusiastic and patient throughout. The service was truly exceptional, and I'll definitely stay here again for my next concert!

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Coming back from a concert late at night, I was still able to get a hot porridge, which was a really nice touch. The service was excellent. It's close to the subway, and there are shared bikes right outside. Being next to a university means there are plenty of food options nearby, making it super convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing. Highly recommend!

This is my go-to hotel every time I see Mayday! The location is perfect, within walking distance to the Bird's Nest, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel environment is great, and the service is excellent too. Last time, I left my charger, and they mailed it back to Tianjin two days later. This time, I left my clothes (with my ID in the pocket!) at breakfast, and when I went back at noon, they had neatly put them aside, and I retrieved them without any hassle. It would be even more perfect if they had a slightly lower pillow option next time!

This hotel is perfect for business travelers, with great decor overall. It was an absolute steal to stay here for the Jason Zhang concert! It's close to the Bird's Nest, super convenient for transport, and the hotel environment is quiet with excellent soundproofing, so you can get a full night's sleep after all the excitement. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the facilities are comprehensive. Overall, a perfect experience. Great for both concert-goers and business trips – highly recommend!
