Facilities: A truly excellent hotel – user-friendly, clean, comfortable, and very new! It felt very safe and secure. Cleanliness: Impeccable! Exceptionally clean with great attention to detail. Both the bedding and the bathroom were spotless. Environment: Beautiful surroundings. At night, we could see a brightly lit bridge nearby, which was lovely. We stayed here after a hot spring visit, and the next day, we easily went to Xiangyun Town – everything was very convenient and close by. Service: We arrived quite late, but the front desk lady was still professional and patient. She provided a lot of helpful assistance based on our needs. Really, really nice!

The hot spring water is clean and the temperature is comfortable; after a soak, you feel completely relaxed – it's the authentic quality of Xiaotangshan's hot springs. The service is attentive yet perfectly discreet. From check-in to check-out, it's meticulous and thoughtful throughout, always responsive to requests, gentle, and professional. The dining exceeded expectations, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Breakfast was exquisite, and the main meals were rich in taste – every bite showed great care. The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful details. Overall, from the environment, private hot spring, and service to the dining, everything was top-notch and impeccable. It was a perfectly healing and comforting getaway, and I will definitely come again!

Every time my parents come to Beijing, they stay at Orange Hotel. Whether it is hygiene, environment or service, it is as good as always. Especially the ladies at the front desk, the service is warm and thoughtful. Every time I go out or come back, they greet me warmly, ask about my well-being, and take the initiative to ask what services I need. This stay experience really exceeded expectations! As a brand under Huazhu, this newly opened Beijing Changping Future Science City North Orange Crystal gave me a lot of surprises. First praise the room: the overall is a light luxury modern style, the color matching is high-end and warm, the big bed is moderately soft and hard, and it is super comfortable to sleep. The details of the room are in place, the mini bar, the tea area on the marble counter are all available, and there is a small desk by the window. Office and leisure are very suitable. The window is full of greenery, and the view is wide and healing. Breakfast must also be praised! The dining table is clean and rich, with Chinese and Western styles: freshly cooked noodles, steamed points, hot porridge, freshly cut fruits, bread desserts and hot dishes. There are many types and fresh. In the morning, a full breakfast will start a good mood all day. The overall stay experience is very comfortable, whether it is a business trip or a short-term trip is very suitable, the price is super high, I will choose this next time I come here!

A large open space with a living room, bedroom and bath room. The sulphur spring water is great and good for the body. It is very comfortable after a bath. There are TVs in both rooms. It is so cool to watch a football game after a bath!

We really liked the hotel, it was spotlessly clean, the service was excellent, there was a good free gym ☺️ and a great buffet. We'll be back! Thanks to the hotel staff, you're amazing.
