Hotels in Xidan and Financial Street Area, Beijing

First time staying in this hotel. The location is excellent. Hotel is located between 2 subway station both stations is about 500m from the hotel. Line 4 for xi dan station , line 4 & 1 for lingjin hutong station. A few shopping malls are near the hotels, can shop & eat very convenient. There's a door in the hotel access to the shopping mall 大悦城. And a Starbucks. A local eating house is just opposite the hotel. Cheap & good local food. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Huge T.V. And there's a intelligent control ”小度” help to on light, music, check weather etc. But my room's ”小度” 开溜了有点难呼唤😂. Intelligent & man dependson man is better 😅. Manager Ma is extremely friendly & helpful. One day our room is a bit cold as the intelligent control is not working we didn't know how to set the temperature of the air conditioner. So I texted manager Ma early in the morning he immediately send his staff to bring over a electric heating fan and explain that air con is central control we're not able to set the temperature in our room. He even send packets of milk & fruits to our room. Manager Ma is very friendly when we check in he wants me to add his wechat if we need help we can text him. His service is excellent, responsive 👍🏻. I had enjoyed my stay 😊 Highly recommend to stay in le joy. One more to add on there's a POPMART in the shopping mall next to the hotel 😬

This hotel is nestled in a hutong in old Beijing's city center, conveniently located near the subway for easy access to attractions. The hotel's courtyard is quiet and designed with the charming, traditional style of a Beijing siheyuan (quadrangle courtyard). Sitting in the courtyard, enjoying the greenery and a gentle breeze, while a cute blue cat comes over for some affection, creates a truly relaxing environment. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff provided excellent service; they upgraded our room because our child was taking the gaokao (college entrance exam) at a nearby school, and even prepared sunflowers as a good luck charm for the student, which was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. If you want to experience the unique charm of old Beijing, I highly recommend this place – it has a great location and is very affordable.

Superb location and excellent service. A short walk from the metro station with many shops are eateries nearby, including all the famous must-eat restaurants. Within walking distance or short metro ride to many key attractions. I had several parcels sent to the hotel before I arrived and all were well received. Room is clean and nicely furnished. Although official check-in time is 2pm, they allowed check-in from 12pm onwards. After checking out, the hotel staff helped me to take my luggage and wait with me for my taxi and helped to load the luggage into the taxi. Thumbs up for the great service.

Exceptional Stay at The Ritz-Carlton Beijing Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Beijing was truly unforgettable. A special thanks to housekeeper 徐晶晶 (Ms. Xu Jingjing) for her warm and professional service. When we mentioned wanting to eat oranges, she surprised us with an entire plate of fresh oranges, along with gifting us a plush Ritz-Carlton lion—such thoughtful gestures that made us feel so cared for. The hotel’s elegance and attention to detail, paired with such exceptional staff, made our experience amazing. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

The Pan Pacific Beijing boasts a superb location, right next to Xidan Joy City and a subway station, making it incredibly convenient for both exploring and shopping. I was given a complimentary room upgrade, and the room itself was spacious, bright, and equipped with modern, smart amenities. The service was also exceptionally attentive and thoughtful. Don't miss the 18th-floor bar for breathtaking night views of the Forbidden City. It's truly an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

Facilities: Perfect! It's super close to both the subway station and shopping centers. Though breakfast isn't included, finding food is incredibly easy. Cleanliness: Spotless! Housekeeping cleans daily, which is fantastic. Location: Right next to the subway station. Subway Line 1 takes you directly to Tiananmen East and West, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Service: We arrived quite late for check-in, but the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even gave us a thoughtful little gift when we checked out!

I really enjoyed my stay at this boutique hotel. Very friendly reception, helped us to ask kitchen to reheat some takeout from dinner. Compact, but cozy and modern furnishings. Couldn't hear any noise despite it's very convenient location with bus and metro within a few mins walk. Nice amenities with cubicles and shared tables just inside reception, coffee machine, tea and snacks. The only thing I noticed was no hooks or handles inside the shower so if you're sharing a room, you will need to walk out wrapped in a towel 🤭 would definitely recommend!

During the National Day holiday, I spent a long time browsing hotels on Ctrip before choosing the Kyoto Shinen Hotel, an established five-star property in Beijing. After actually staying for three nights, I had a great experience, and I'd definitely consider staying here again if I get the chance! Here are the main points that really impressed me: 1. The location is actually quite good, right next to Beijing West Railway Station. It's not directly in the tourist-heavy areas, so taxis and subways are very convenient for getting to major attractions. It's just a 5-minute walk from Exit B of Lianhua Bridge Station. There are plenty of options for Peking duck, BBQ, etc., nearby, and you can walk to popular spots like Siji Minfu and Juqi in about 15 minutes. 2. All the towels come in sealed bags, showing a real commitment to hygiene. There are also free washing machines and dryers available on B1. Even better, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, there's staff to help with laundry and even deliver it to your room. This is the first time I've seen such a down-to-earth five-star hotel offering such a service. 3. After 9:00 PM, they offer a complimentary late-night snack service. While the selection isn't huge – mainly buns, congee, noodles, milk, etc. – it's a thoughtful gesture from the hotel. I noticed quite a few people taking advantage of it in the evenings. I didn't get a chance to try the gym or swimming pool as I was too tired from traveling, but considering all these amenities and the fact that it was less than 800 RMB per night during the National Day holiday, it offers excellent value for money. It's clear the hotel has put a lot of thought into its service to compensate for its slightly older hardware.

This was my second stay at The Westin Beijing Financial Street, and once again, the experience was absolutely superb! I simply had to share it. The hotel's prime location in the heart of Beijing's Financial Street, surrounded by countless office buildings, is incredibly convenient for business travelers like me, allowing easy access to various partner companies and significantly cutting down on commute times. There's also a shopping mall close by, perfect for some retail therapy or relaxation during downtime. Public transportation is excellent too; a short walk to the subway station provides easy access to both Beijing South Railway Station and popular attractions like Tiananmen Square. Upon entering the lobby, the impressive high ceilings and dazzling crystal chandeliers immediately caught my eye. The spacious and bright area, complemented by thoughtfully placed greenery, creates an atmosphere that is both grand and inviting. The guest rooms are designed with a minimalist modern aesthetic and are meticulously arranged. The plush king-sized bed with high-quality linens, especially Westin's signature 'Heavenly Bed,' ensured I slept incredibly soundly every night. Room amenities are comprehensive, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a cordless IP phone, making it perfect for both work and leisure. The staff's warm hospitality was palpable from the moment I arrived. During check-in, the front desk team was not only friendly and efficient but also took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel's services and facilities. Throughout my stay, whether I needed recommendations for local dining or extra amenities, the staff responded promptly and resolved everything with remarkable attentiveness. Even when my child accidentally spilled water, they were incredibly quick to assist with the cleanup! The breakfast buffet was incredibly diverse, offering a wide array of both Western and Chinese culinary delights. Western options included crispy bacon, freshly baked bread, oatmeal, and made-to-order Eggs Benedict, all complemented by fresh coffee – a perfect start to a vibrant day. The Chinese options, such as comforting congee, steamed buns, and authentic Youtiao (fried dough sticks), were also excellently prepared. Finally, I must give a special shout-out to Julia from the hotel staff for her invaluable assistance with our stay and travel arrangements. This truly is a warm, personable, and exceptional five-star hotel! I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to the area.

Very nice cosy small place. More like a guest house actually, but clean and well equipped rooms, friendly staff and authentic surroundings. Place developed with love and care for guests, even towels smell really good. All rooms are located on the ground floor around the small garden. Hotel located close to metro station and 10 minutes walk from big shopping centers.
