When a family member fell ill during our stay, she immediately offered her concern, thoughtfully recommended nearby hospitals, and continued to check in on their condition before and after medical treatment, which was incredibly comforting. For our travel needs, she proactively provided itinerary suggestions and helped arrange a car to the airport, ensuring everything was well-planned and our journey was smooth. Whether it was check-in, luggage assistance, room cleaning, parcel collection, breakfast service, or the final step of check-out, we deeply felt her full dedication and responsibility towards her work. She truly ensured that guests could stay with peace of mind and comfort. Her attentive service not only showcased her personal sincerity and professionalism but also reflected the hotel's consistent service philosophy. The luckiest thing about my trip to Beijing was choosing this siheyuan (quadrangle courtyard) accommodation located in the historic Xisi area! Hidden within the well-preserved hutongs of the Yuan Dynasty's former capital, this courtyard, with its gray bricks and dark tiles, offers a tranquil escape amidst the bustling city. Stepping outside, you're greeted by the vibrant street life and local charm of Beijing neighborhoods, while closing the door transports you to a serene, ancient-style haven. It perfectly embodies the phrase 'great recluses live in the bustling city,' offering a truly relaxed experience. The courtyard retains the classic layout of Ming and Qing dynasty siheyuans, with a pebble-paved garden featuring lush greenery and intricately carved beams and painted pillars that exude ancient charm. Sunlight streaming onto the vermilion doors and windows creates a picturesque scene – every photo looks like it has a built-in movie filter. The room itself was an even bigger surprise, perfectly blending centuries of historical heritage with modern comfort. Central air conditioning, floor heating, and full network coverage were all provided. The bedding was so soft it felt like sinking into clouds, and even a clean freak like me was impressed by the spotless and tidy environment. Both the owner and staff were incredibly warm and generous. They not only patiently recommended authentic local snacks in the hutongs but also helped me with my travel itinerary questions. They even quickly found a lost item for me – their attentiveness was truly top-notch. The location couldn't be better. It's just a few minutes' walk to Xisi subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Beihai Park, and Shichahai. Plus, Huguosi Snack Street is nearby, making dining and getting around completely hassle-free.

The location is excellent, with many bus routes nearby. I took bus No. 3 from Beijing West Railway Station, and it was only about a 10-15 minute ride, just a few stops away. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly sufficient for one person. Breakfast was quite to my liking, and the room was nice and warm. It's convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping, and there are many attractions in the vicinity. The service was warm and attentive.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a truly wonderful experience, which was largely thanks to two exceptional staff members. First, I must give my highest praise to Front office Manager, Ms. Chen Yan. She was not only professional and efficient but also exceptionally warm and thoughtful. From the moment I checked in, she made me feel completely at home with her genuine care and attention. Her assistance and local insights were invaluable, setting a perfect tone for my entire stay. Secondly, a huge thank you to Ms. Jiang Qiuhua from the housekeeping team. Her meticulous attention to detail was remarkable—the room was always immaculate, cozy, and refreshed. Her hard work and quiet dedication made returning to the room each day a real pleasure. Both individuals went above and beyond to create a comfortable and memorable experience for me. we loved the location since it was in an adorable hutong but at the same time the place was enough clean and modern to stay in. the subway is 5 minutes on foot from the hotel and also the bus stop is pretty nera. we found a nice spot to eat where we went 3 out of 4 days in beijing where they served different kind of foods like in a canteen (for those interested it was near the mcdonalds and the bakery). the service was enough and also the outside of the hotel pretty with a small fountain and red fishes.

The location of the hotel is surp! Opposite of the hotel is a fruits shop. Fruits are fresh and value for money! A lot of restaurants around, dumplings restaurants and hotpots are within walking distance. There are different design of rooms available to choose from. Staff’ responses are fast. If they can wear more smiles that will be greater! Thanks to Manager Ying, attentive,professional and willing to take an additional miles and put in our shoes! Thank you. Tatami is not very suited for elders. Loft design is first floor and B1, it’s difficult to get heated in B1, if needed can request heater from hotel. Breakfast is not so attractive but also with a great variety.

Although the suite isn't huge, the room layout is very practical. Having two bathrooms, one for guests and one en-suite, is a thoughtful touch. The pillows in the bedroom are incredibly comfortable; the slow-rebound firm latex is perfect for anyone with neck issues. There's also a wall-mounted bench along the bed, great for sitting or placing items. The handheld showerhead had a slight buildup of limescale, causing the water to spray out a bit, so I'd suggest a quick descaling. Also, the toilet costing 18,000 was truly astonishing! Overall, a very good stay.

The location is absolutely fantastic, super close to the Forbidden City, Wangfujing, and Tiananmen Square. The auntie on the third floor was exceptionally kind and warm. The front desk lady was also wonderful; she helped carry my luggage to the room and even walked me to the door when I left. The room has a Bluetooth speaker with excellent sound quality. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing. The Zhajiangmian at the restaurant was quite tasty, and they even provided complimentary fruit in the room. Siji Minfu and Baye Shuanrou are both nearby and delicious.

Stayed for a weekend with friends, enjoying a cozy winter in a traditional courtyard hotel (Siheyuan). The courtyard was quite spacious, and it was a real pleasure to sit in the sun and pet the cats. 'Jintiao,' the little ginger cat, was the friendliest, while 'Tom,' the grey one, had an arrogant, 'lord of all he surveys' demeanor. The rooftop offered expansive views, and the rooms were decent. In the evening, after a stroll back from Baitasi Temple, we continued to drink red wine. The owner kindly provided a corkscrew, decanter, and wine glasses. They were playing cards in the coffee shop with a little cat tucked beside them, paws folded – it truly was an enviable lifestyle! I do have two points of feedback. Firstly, if the 'Western breakfast' included in the room rate is just a grab-and-go bag of bread, milk, and nuts, there's really no need to advertise it as such on the booking page. I was expecting a proper sit-down meal and a coffee at the long table in the coffee shop. Secondly, the service awareness and communication skills of the mid-level staff and front desk need improvement. For example, when I expressed my disappointment upon learning the breakfast was just a fast-food pack and asked what it included, I was told to 'go check it out myself at the front desk next door.' Another instance: one evening, a guest came down to report a leaking bathroom and asked if someone could clean it up. The front desk responded that 'all the cleaning staff had gone home.' I was standing there thinking, 'Are you serious?!' The guest, a gentle young woman from the south, was speechless and awkwardly walked away. Staying in a Siheyuan hotel is a special experience, and there are many people who cherish this sentiment. A good place makes you want to return a second, third time...

I extended my stay on the third day because I was having a meeting. The West Second Ring Road location is great, with many restaurants within a 500-meter walk, and most near the subway station. Breakfast is included 🥣 and varies daily, making it a great value. Thanks for the free upgrade to a suite~ Facilities: In addition to the swimming pool and two gyms, there's also a table tennis room and tennis courts. The facilities are extensive and quite good. Cleanliness: Clean. Ambient: The suite was very comfortable. I personally prefer this style. The newly renovated rooms in Building B have a boutique feel, not a four-star hotel. Service: Excellent service
