Very big and clean room. Nice tea preparation station. Comfortable bed. Near big shopping center. Walkable to Forbidden City. Receptionists are very helpful and speak perfect English! I will stay here again for my next business trip.

Big family room, very spacious and clean with separate toilet and shower room, complete amenities. Hotel connected with a big mall. Express check in / check out. Male Staffs that handle my late night check in on July 5th was so friendly. Also the English spoken male staff that worked for night shift on July 6th, who helped us twice to buy medicine on line for my son who caught bad cough and fever. Also Danielle, the female staff who helped us during check out , gave us the informations about the sufficient time to go to the airport and booked taxi for our airport transfer.

Since the checkin we were handled by a young lady name Li Ruo Tong, she is very suitable in the frontline with a warm hospitality, indeed very helpful, assist us with express check-in proces, expedite and explain everything well. We are grateful that your frontliner have an excellent service attitude. This hotel is recommended for travellers to Beijing with accessible prime locations, we are group of 3 families with infants, had an enjoyable stays. The room always get clean, tidy and neat everyday. Cleaning level 100%. Most important is this Hotel connected to Shopping Malls. Very well done for this hotel. Hopefully keep up the standard as always. Thank you.

We travelled in a family of 4 with young kids from Singapore and chose the cartoon themed room to stay for 6 nights. The location is superb with a big shopping mall next to it that has many varieties of food and shops. There is also 7-11 convenient store opposite the hotel where we got our necessities. The service offered by the hotel is also excellent! There was one time when our bathroom water leaked out and when we called the housekeeping, they immediately responded and addressed the issue. I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Really clean and practical hôtel It’s the hôtel of the Mall joy city so you have special access to it , if you love shopping , your gonna be pleased The location is the best you can found And the personnel is really at your service I recommend

The room was big and comfortable. The hotel itself was located nxt to a mall, accessible via level 9! Easy to get around. There is a laundry room, gym and pool. Pool was always crowded, seemed like it was a swimming school. Gym was well equipped.

Superb location, besides a mall and the room is spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Convenient location and clean rooms, but slow service The hotel has a great location — very close to several shopping malls and just a few minutes’ walk from the metro station, which made getting around really easy. The room was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, the room wasn’t ready at the stated check-in time (14:00), and I had to wait an extra hour in the lobby. Also, the elevators are incredibly slow at all times, which became frustrating during the stay. Overall, it’s a good option if you value location and cleanliness, but the service and facilities could be improved.

Very clean hotel adjacent to a shopping mall with eateries at level 7. We booked a family room and overwhelmed with a room with good size, clean and comfortable beds. The shower, toilet and towels are very clean, the service staffs are helpful, responsive and polite. They even provide an extra bed for free on our request, this made our sleep more comfortable. Even after added an extra bed, the room is still very spacious. The lighting of the room is good and bright. The smart control panel is very cute and interesting, just chat with it by calling 小度小度。However, here are some of the negative points: The toilet/shower and wash basin are not fully covered, this cause no privacy even within family members. There is no door like other wash rooms, changing clothes need to hide inside the shower cabin. The open concept of wash basin is a big set back. It is so noisy and disturbing when someone is using the it (hand washing, brush teeth and whatever cleaning activities). The rubber hose of the hand shower is so rigid and uncomfortable to use, a wrong material. The room air con temperature cannot be adjusted. Outside temp was 8-10C at night, room temp was remained at 25 despite of setting it down much lower and the mode was at "制冷or 送风“. Mid night felt so warm that forced to open the window to cool down the room, and it became very cold after that, imagine waking up few times to adjust the window and air con setting !!

The hotel is around 15min walk from subway. There is direct shopping mall access with limited access hour.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and quality bedding. The breakfast selection was excellent, featuring European cuisine, fresh pastries, fruits, and juices. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from metro lines 1 and 4.

Good and worth booking. Hotel is clean and room is quite spacious.
