Clean, tidy, modern and well priced. Didn't enjoy the breakfast options, but that's personal preference

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lavande Hotels Dongguan Changping Jinmei, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and modern ambiance. The *room* was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect balance of comfort and functionality. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, with quality toiletries provided. One of the highlights of my stay was the *service* —the staff was attentive and professional, always ready to assist with any requests. Their friendliness added a personal touch that made me feel truly welcomed.

Needs improvement in cleanliness of rooms and the room stated non smoking room but there was an astray on the table therefore the air purifier was put in the room, but the smoke smell still there. The location is quite convenient for dim sum and hairstyling.

Good environment and facilities

The room is very beautiful, clean and quiet. The view from Window is great.

A really excellent choice of hotel, the hotel room is phenomenal for the price and is extremely clean and modern, the toilet is clean, modern and with very strong and hot water, amenities are as expected for a lower cost hotel, no safe, fridge but other than that, it is really excellent. View out is a miss though, View is that of a courtyard and not towards the river.

The hotel is located slightly off the beaten track, next to a residential area, very quiet, and very close to Baihua Times Square, which is just a matter of one step on the accelerator. The room has good lighting, and it is quite pleasant to watch the rain from the 12th floor. Brother Xiaoyi at the front desk checked me in very quickly and helped me in time if I needed anything. I will choose this place again if I have the chance. Thumbs up.

There were also many friendly reminders during the check-in process, such as WiFi, laundry room, breakfast parking, and the elevator went up to the floor and it smelled very fragrant. It should be the smell of lavender. , Furthermore, the room facilities and equipment are very new, and the hygiene is very clean. There is a 3-second instantaneous water heater, an air purifier, a large window, good lighting, and the weather is hot. The lady at the front desk gave me two bottles of mineral water when I left the hotel. Water, thank you.
