The hotel manager is a terrible person. He colluded with his friends to bully out-of-town tourists. Our car was scratched in the parking lot. We didn't want to pursue the hotel, but wanted to find the person responsible. The hotel refused to cooperate. The only surveillance camera we have is the one that can't even see the license plate. The license plate is visible at the exit, and all vehicles leaving are recorded, but the one that only recorded the vehicle causing the accident was deleted. Because our car was an Inner Mongolia brand, we had to go to the traffic police to get a receipt before they showed us the surveillance footage. No compensation was offered, and the hotel manager's attitude was completely indifferent. It was disgusting! The environment was dark and damp. We had to extend our stay until the vehicle was properly handled. Out-of-towners should avoid this!
