"Hotel is a decent location being right on Pacific Ave in ATLANTIC city. It's right next to the Tropicana but pretty far from next closest ******. This room was actually the worst they ve put us in, the shower had a huge gaping hole for a drain and it seemed as though there were little safety hazards all over, for example the mirror had screws sticking out almost an inch"

The service of Sheraton is still very good. After all, it is a brand hotel and will not damage its own reputation.
The hotel is located right next to the NJ railway, so it is very convenient to take the train back from New York. You don't even need to use Uber, you can just walk across the street.
There is a lounge on the 19th floor of the hotel, which is open 24 hours a day. Although it only provides simple snacks, the coffee machine is from Starbucks, which is very good.

It was helpful that they were able to accommodate connecting rooms. We were in the Havana Tower. We booked run of the house, which was a king bed in the hold tower. To upgrade to 2 beds and for connecting option it was an additional $29 fee.

Guest UserMy weekend stay at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City was a great experience. The atmosphere at the hotel is fun, energetic, and perfect for a weekend getaway. The tropical indoor pool area and nightlife really give the place a unique vibe, especially at night.
The room was comfortable with nice views, and the casino offered plenty of entertainment options. I also liked how convenient everything was, with restaurants, bars, and activities all inside the resort.
Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay with a great atmosphere. I would definitely come back for another weekend in Atlantic City.

LB1170The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

One of my favorite places to be! I love it here. Only thing that would or could make it better would be so sort of ****** action. Actually I just thought about a way to make them stand out from all the other hotels but I don't think printing it here would be a good idea...wonder who I should talk to??🤔🤔

The location was great but definitely not worth $300 for the night. The floors looked updated with laminate flooring and furniture appeared kinda new but everything else was old. The room smelled of smoked, ceiling and floors had cracks all over, the tiniest and skimpiest towels. The hotel needs a major renovation in general. If we didn’t need to get a room last minute, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The young lady that works evenings is wonderful! She is very nice and very attentive. The gentlemen that work here are nice as well. The breakfast is not great at all. It’s four mini muffins in a greasy bag, given by the attendant behind the desk. The apple juice is so concentrated, you have to water it down yourself because they do not. You can see that they just wallpapered over the previous moldy wallpaper and the air conditioner is practically falling off the wall. But no bugs and pretty clean for the most part.
