"The hotel service was poor, and the staff were arrogant and unconcerned. They even knocked on my door at 10 am to say they wanted to clean my room. The parking lot initially said it would only cost $10, but they ended up charging $20. When I asked why, they said I hadn't provided my license plate number during check-in, but the front desk hadn't mentioned needing to provide the license plate number, only saying it was $10 for one entry and exit. This 80-year-old casino has neither integrity nor sincerity; no wonder it's declined. The casino itself was sparsely populated; Atlantic City is nowhere near as good as Vages. I don't recommend coming here to avoid this rip-off."

The food available was good. Nothing to brag about but was okay for what they had available. We came to visit and was glad to stay at MGM tower. We last minute requested for a late check out and was accomdated accordingly. Would love to stay here again."
