This renovated 2 bed 2 bath condo in Atlantic City North Beach area is ready for you and the family. This is a No Smoking Condo. This unit features a private deck, fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, dining area, free wi fi central air, outdoor pool and the list goes on! Located by Showboat and its indoor amusement center-with go carts and across the street is Island Water Park. We are a couple of blocks from the Hard Rock. One block from the amazing beach, boardwalk,restaurants,Steel Pier, Island park waterpark and close to the Aquarium. Amenities include 1 free parking space. All bedrooms have bathrooms on suite and brand new carpeting. Bedroom1has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has 2 full size beds. In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, microwave, stackable washer and dryer, dishwasher and electric range. Covered outside porch with 2 chairs and a table and a large living room with 55 in TV, 2 couches, chairs and dining set. Central air, WIFI, security camera and 1 assigned parking space . There are steps to condo and in condo to bedroom level . All bedrooms have smart TV's. New Island Water Park-100,000 sq foot indoor outdoor water park located across the street. Small dogs (under 20 lbs ) may be allowed but Atlantic City requires that they be licensed.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Dogs must be licensed and trained.
