GGuest UserHotel room was on the top floor which would give good views although the communal terrace is right outside your window. For me, it was never a problem, but I can imagine if some rowdy guests were talking or drinking on the terrace it would cause disruptions.

AAnonymous UserExcellent location, services and sunset views from this fabulous hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They prepare a picnic bag if you do Tikal sunrise tour leaving at 2.45 am, they arrange a shuttle to the airport and were very kind providing medication for indigestion. The room is very spacious with a terrace and air conditioning is a must. Breakfast had multiple options on the terrace overlooking the lake. Will definitely recommend.
