I love this hotel location. Room seems new. I was only in 苏州overnight, so closeness to the MRT is a big plus, to get from/to the train station. Hotel is right outside gate 6 of leqiao MRT station. It is also within walking distance (2–3km) to many of the gardens. In total I saw 4 gardens, but could have seen a fifth. The main food street is close by. The staff were attentive to enthusiastic. I was grateful for the map and water that they gave me. There was much variety for breakfast, and I stuck to fruit, vegetables, orange juice and coffee. Note that there is no safe in the room, which didn't bother me. The staff also held my bag for me when I checked out to visit more gardens before my afternoon train to Shanghai.

The best hotel I've stayed in Suzhou! This time I came to Suzhou, the Suzhou Qiyupai Hotel I chose was really great! The experience was full~ The hotel was newly opened in 2025, and the decoration is very distinctive. It's bright as soon as you enter the room. The beautiful lady at the front desk upgraded the room type, and the space is very spacious. The private bathtub is super comfortable, the smart toilet and silent refrigerator are also very practical, and the toiletries provided are also top-notch. The location is even better, just a few steps away from Shilu subway station. The most surprising thing is that there is also a self-service afternoon tea, and a beautiful souvenir was given when I left. Simple yet beautiful hotel located in a very strategic location. Nearby metro station 临顿路，walking distance to 平江路 and 观前街。Staffs were really helpful. We were given quite a few small toys for our 18-month old, and they also helped us with our luggage. Location is also convenient for Didi car pick-ups. The room is clean, but the table in the room is very light so it toppled/moved very easily when our kid pushed it. The floor in front of the bathroom was a little bit slippery when we have our floor towel, so be extra careful and remove the floor towel elsewhere once everyone finish taking a shower. Electrical outlets were not universal, but the hotel has converters we could borrow. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.
