"My stay was initially quite pleasant. The front-line staff were consistently warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. When a small issue arose with our travel photos, the hotel promptly communicated and resolved it, which I appreciated. I thought I was going to have a wonderful experience, but it was completely ruined by one utterly unprofessional staff member, plummeting my satisfaction! While riding the shuttle bus, we politely asked the shuttle driver about the hotel's attractions and photo spots. The driver was halfway through explaining when another person nearby suddenly interjected and answered for him! Her attitude was extremely rude, cold, and dismissive. She was sarcastic the entire time, even accusing us of not speaking clearly. We were just asking basic, straightforward questions about attractions, and I truly don't understand how we could have possibly expressed ourselves more 'clearly'. When we politely asked about photo spots, she flat-out said there weren't any, and was incredibly impatient. Yet, later we saw clear signs for photo spots all over the hotel. We got zero useful information, only a belly full of frustration and anger! Afterward, the hotel told us this person was a 'secondary employee' and wasn't on duty, which is why she wasn't wearing an ID badge. I completely reject this flimsy explanation! Why was she wearing a uniform, riding a guest shuttle, and casually interjecting to address guests if she wasn't on duty? It's one thing to be unfamiliar with hotel operations and lack service awareness, but she didn't even have basic human decency. She seemed to be working with a chip on her shoulder, acting condescendingly, as if we, the guests, were accommodating her bad mood! In stark contrast, all the other shuttle drivers were kind, friendly, patient, and enthusiastic, creating an incredibly jarring difference! The hotel's reputation, carefully built by its front-line staff, was completely destroyed by this 'secondary employee' who showed no rules, no professionalism, and no respect. The hotel merely offered a casual explanation of her identity without any indication of intending to improve. Such tolerance for employee misconduct is truly disheartening. I will never recommend this hotel, nor will I ever stay here again!"

The surroundings were quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The breakfast was quite rich, and on a not-too-hot day, you could eat breakfast on the outdoor terrace, breathing in the fresh air and looking at Qixianling Mountain. The outdoor hot spring was also great and very comfortable. It was really refreshing to soak in it after hiking. This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in the Baoting area so far."

"Stepping inside, I was immediately struck by the stunning design of the guesthouse—how it seamlessly blended aesthetics and comfort! Then, they even had a charging station for our electric vehicle! We were almost out of power when we arrived from Haikou, and we even found a charging station nearby, planning to charge it for an hour the next day. But there was one right in the guesthouse's parking lot! And the parking lot was huge and well-planned. Two delightful surprises upon arrival! The butler service was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and meticulous! Xiao Chen and Xiao Huang were both very nice; their smiles were infectious throughout the entire trip! We arrived close to midnight, and Xiao Chen had already prepared the hot spring water for us and thoughtfully arranged fruit and desserts by the hot spring pool. Xiao Huang noticed we were awake as we were drawing the curtains and kindly asked if we wanted breakfast prepared. When I mentioned wanting to take photos at the infinity pool on the fifth floor, she carefully helped me choose a swimsuit from the available items and beautifully wrapped my daughter's gift. She even escorted us to the parking lot when we left. In short, it's the most satisfying guesthouse I've ever stayed at in the entire country, bar none! I was so satisfied that I wrote this long review myself. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!"

"Hi, we had been planning to visit this place for a long time, as it looks very beautiful and has good reviews. In reality, the hotel is quite old. The staff are very polite and the территории is beautiful, which creates a nice overall impression. However, the price seems a bit overpriced for what the hotel actually offers. In the restaurant, I asked for two wine glasses to be delivered to the room, but one of the glasses brought was actually an ashtray. It seems no one even checked it before sending it. The air conditioning was barely working, and the refrigerator in the room was useless as it didn’t cool at all. We also wanted to have dinner at the buffet at 18:50, but were told that the restaurant was already closed. The food quality was also not very good. Overall, despite the beautiful nature and polite staff, I don’t feel like coming back to this hotel again."

"Because we were going to visit the Yanoda Rainforest, we simply looked for a hotel that was close to it. We found a two-bedroom villa and immediately placed an order. When we arrived at the hotel that afternoon, we could only park our car in the parking lot and then the hotel's special electric car would take us and our luggage to check in and go to the hotel room. It was really a good deal to include a visit to Yanoda! One person saved almost 200 yuan, and there was a discount for buying attractions in the scenic area at the hotel front desk, which saved another 20 yuan. The room was very large and clean, with two bathrooms, a washing machine, and a large refrigerator. I didn't expect the water in the swimming pool to be very clean. Although the weather in Sanya was very cold this time, my husband still went to the swimming pool to swim. The living room is very large, especially suitable for a family trip. Although many of the villas next to it have not been developed and look a bit shabby, the air here is really good. It is really comfortable in the tropical rainforest. It is also very quiet.
