Every year, I came to Baoting to soak in the hot springs. I accidentally saw this hotel. It was just opened and the price was higher than other hotels (but it was good value for money). The hotel next to me was old and had a musty rain. I had a try mentality. The uphill road on the way was a bit small. I thought I was going the wrong way. After arriving, it was full of surprises, not losing a five-star hotel at all, and even I think it is better and more kind than a five-star hotel! Treasure place to relax on vacation!"

"This was the perfect choice for a hot spring trip with my parents. The rooms are quiet, private, and spacious, offering beautiful views. We particularly enjoyed dining at the 8th-floor restaurant; watching the stunning Qixianling mountains while eating truly enhanced the experience. The Cantonese chef at the Chinese restaurant prepared some genuinely delicious dishes. After soaking in the tub on our balcony, simply relaxing with a cup of tea was pure bliss. Overall, we were extremely satisfied."

"After working hard for days, I wanted to take a hot spring bath to relieve my fatigue. When I made the reservation, I saw a lot of negative reviews. When I saw the details of the room in the pictures, I felt particularly attracted to it, so I booked a room with an indoor hot spring. The decoration inside the house was old and dated. It has a very sophisticated temperament, and it feels very comfortable. The environment is not to mention, there are several outdoor hot spring pools, shaded by trees, but the only drawback is that the breakfast in the restaurant is okay, and the taste of the main meal is a bit hard to describe. It is recommended that the transparent part of the glass be processed in the bathroom, and a storage rack should be installed. The door of the bathroom should also be equipped with a roller shutter. Otherwise, it will be too inconvenient after bathing. Overall, I am quite satisfied and will go there next time."

TTaoqixiaopidanThis hotel exceeded my expectations; I originally booked it for the tranquility, and despite having visited the scenic area many times before, this was my first stay. The room wasn't new, but it was spotless – I could walk barefoot without feeling any dust. It was also very spacious. With few people around, it's perfect for a relaxing getaway, especially for a group of friends. The room rate was reasonable, considering you'd have to buy tickets to the scenic area otherwise, and staying here allows you to enjoy two full days. Definitely worth booking! Just make sure to check if breakfast or other meals are included when you book, as there's only one restaurant inside the resort, leaving no other dining options. So, bring your own snacks, haha.
The service was generally good. From the foot of the mountain, the security staff were very professional, guiding us all the way to the reception area. After checking our information, a private car took us up the mountain. At the front desk on the mountain, our room was upgraded, which was a nice touch. The only minor hiccup was when I inquired about breakfast (I hadn't noticed that my booking didn't include it). Once I realized it wasn't included, I asked where I could eat and how much it would cost per person. However, the front desk kept emphasizing that my room didn't include breakfast, which made me feel like they thought I was trying to get free food. That was the only slight disappointment; everything else was perfect. After check-out, a private car took us all the way down to the parking lot. The security and driver's service even surpassed the hotel's own staff! Despite that small issue, I would still come back again!

SShengdaiqiancengxueI have always wanted to visit Shenyu Island, but it has never been possible because it is far from Haikou. During the May Day holiday, I decided to visit the tropical rainforest in the central part of the country. I finally had the opportunity to experience the Yu Hotel. I was very happy and satisfied with the one-day stay.
The hotel is located deep in the tropical rainforest. It started to rain soon after we checked in in the afternoon. The whole rainforest was outside the window. It felt great to see the rainforest in the rain. The design style of the house is a bit Zen. There is a large tatami where you can taste tea. It is very quiet when the windows are closed. The experience is very good. The breakfast the next morning was very rich. After that, we hiked on the plank road. It took about an hour to return. Before leaving, I let the two children experience the rainforest version of the infinity pool. Although I stayed for less than 24 hours, it was really memorable!
ps: You can't order takeout here. You can either eat dinner in the hotel (not cheap) or drive 15 minutes to the nearby Xiangshui Town. This needs to be noted.

There was 24-hour hot water so I could shower anytime, and a hairdryer and disposable toiletries were also provided. Most importantly, the price was affordable, making it perfect for budget travelers. This will definitely be my first choice for future trips!

It is not far from Baoting Station. I walked to the station and caught the bus to Haikou. Clean and sanitary, comfortable interior layout. The only regret is that I didn't find the bedside lamp. I don't know if I didn't find it or didn't arrange it. King bed room, large space. The electric bed is the first time to experience it, like a toy.
