"Mixed review. Overall wasn't bad, but the listing/photos are misleading and I wouldn't have stayed here knowing the experience in advance.

- Mold in shower + cockroach in hairdryer bag
- Photos and description misleading, we booked the Spring Bud Germination Double Bed Room but were told it doesn't come with a pool upon arrival so were 'upgraded' to the Autumn Rhyme pool, which also didn't come with a private pool as is listed (there is a shared pool available)
- Did not see any other guests during our stay, feels very remote and isolated
- Photos were slightly misleading; e.g., there is no private pool for the villas"

MM492813****Came with my husband, and I couldn't help but wait as soon as I entered the hotel lobby. The front desk ladies received us very warmly. The surprise was that we actually upgraded to the room on the 3rd floor for free. I was really happy! Whether it is the speed of check-in or the detailed explanation of the room, it is professional and lively, I like it so much! The room also has nothing to say! 270 degrees of distant mountain forest, I am the first time I have seen Qixianling so close! Not only the bubble pool in the room, the minibar, the welcome fruit is also ready! My husband kept boasting with joy. After finishing the luggage, I started to take him around. The scenery in the yard was really cute. Every place was a small surprise. I really couldn't help but take a lot of pictures. The infinity pool on the roof was also amazing. I couldn't help but take a lot of pictures! The bathroom from the full smart toilet, to the toothbrush to the mirror, etc., there is no place that we don't like and are not surprised! Too many details have been full, and I can't fault it! My old tradition will come to Qixianling to soak in the hot springs every year. I will come to this homestay every year in the future! When will I have to bring my parents and enjoy it!

Facilities: There's a gym, table tennis room, swimming pool, children's pool, and hot spring pool. The room has a washing machine, kitchen, separate wet and dry bathroom, and a large balcony with a clothes rack.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable.
Environment: Great greenery; it's especially cool for walks in the evening and shady during the day.
Service: Everyone from the doormen and front desk staff to the pool staff and restaurant staff is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious food, including their own handmade tofu, river shrimp, local chicken, and other farm-style dishes. It's definitely worth trying while staying at the hotel.
I would definitely come back again.

GGuest UserAfter working hard for days, I wanted to take a hot spring bath to relieve my fatigue. When I made the reservation, I saw a lot of negative reviews. When I saw the details of the room in the pictures, I felt particularly attracted to it, so I booked a room with an indoor hot spring. The decoration inside the house was old and dated. It has a very sophisticated temperament, and it feels very comfortable. The environment is not to mention, there are several outdoor hot spring pools, shaded by trees, but the only drawback is that the breakfast in the restaurant is okay, and the taste of the main meal is a bit hard to describe. It is recommended that the transparent part of the glass be processed in the bathroom, and a storage rack should be installed. The door of the bathroom should also be equipped with a roller shutter. Otherwise, it will be too inconvenient after bathing. Overall, I am quite satisfied and will go there next time.

AAnonymous UserSelf-driving way here, the hotel location is a bit biased, there is a canteen nearby, there are not many places to eat. The room facilities are quite complete, there are two bathrooms, that is, the bathroom floor drain on the balcony is a bit smelly. The room upstairs and downstairs are very not soundproof. Upstairs talking, dragging stools, walking, basically listening very clearly, a bit noisy.

This hotel opened earlier and the facilities are a little old, but the room we stayed in was just renovated and the facilities were OK. The garden is full of betel nut trees, the swimming pool is large and the water is clean. The hot spring pool is separated for men and women, but there are few pools. The breakfast is pretty good, but the cleaning is slow. The overall price/performance ratio is OK

Can't ask for perfection, generally quite satisfied, suitable for families with elderly people, the room balcony has a bathtub 🛁 suggest to wipe it before taking a bath, more hygienic. The hotel breakfast is also OK, the small cakes are soft and delicious.
It is best to go to the hot spring in the morning, the water is clearer, the staff will ask if the temperature is suitable, chat for a few words, the staff said that they are from Daqing, Northeast China, and the Northeast people are warm and service-oriented.
