So glad we booked this hotel for our transit in Bali. After you clear customs, it is about 3 minute walk under cover through a carpark area. It feels like a back entrance to nowhere but once you get up to the foyer it is great. Our rooms were spacious and were overlooking the pool. The buffet breakfast was very good value at approx $16 AUD per adult, and had lots of options. The hotel has a 12pm check out time and there is direct and private access for hotel guests (just near the restaurant) to the international departure area where they screen your bags. This made it so much easier leaving the hotel to our connecting flight with VietJet. Decent gym. Great value for a good nights sleep in transit at Bali. Would stay again.

Great resort, pool is lovely, staff are great Our room was very clean and remade daily. The employees all went out of their way to see we needed nothing. Convenient day tours, spa and bar service. The buffet breakfast is made to suit all dietary needs, including vegan as does their restaurant. Close to beach, other restaurants and local shopping. We will be going back next year. Loved it!
Aman Villas at Nusa Dua

Nusa Dua
1. Lot: There is a 3-5 minute distance from the beach. The hotel can send a car to the hotel's exclusive beach club at any time. Very convenient, when I arrived at the club, some staff took ice water and ice towels to the tanning pavilion where the beach towels were laid, as well as mosquito repellent and sunscreen. The hotel is in the mountains, the scenery is very good, in the lobby and restaurant can view the scenery under the mountain. 2, design: Australian designers 25 years ago, today's works are still so elegant, temperament! 3, facilities: the pool is large, there is an all-day restaurant, a good library. I can’t see it completely 25 years ago, and it’s managed quite well! 4, service: Amman, these two words explain everything, no more multilingual! 5, value-added: I don't know the relationship between spring break, one day free charter service, and free shuttle service, solve many problems, very good value-added service experience! After staying for 3 days and 2 nights, it is regrettable that the driver who sent the plane on the last day learned that the landlord will be closed at the end of February 2018 because the landlord will not renew his contract. Very sad! But also very fortunate, AMANNUSA was chosen in the last hotel in Bali. Forever Amman! I hope that 150 employees in the hotel will be well!

“Stayed at Ikos Resort Benoa over New Year’s Eve. The room was good—clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, there’s not much to do at the resort, and it’s quite far from most tourist attractions.

The staff at the reception are very courteous and helpful notably one lady 'Ayu'. The restaurant or housekeeping is perhaps understaffed - I am not sure since we had to remind through the front desk that the plates and cutlery needed clean up after the room service was ordered. The aesthetics of the hotel are excellent but some maintenance in form of facelift is perhaps due. The property boosts beautiful swimming pools and gentle soothing tropical traditional music offering a very warm welcoming feeling. The family room which we opted for is large and spacious with large 2 single beds, a large king bed and a nice private jacuzzi. The restaurant has a decent choice of western and asian breakfast options with decent choice for vegetarians too. The hotel had kept ready breakfast boxes upon our request for us at 5:30 am since we had an early morning flight to catch. We felt this is a good sign of hospitality which other bigger brand hotels should also follow in other destinations.
Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa

Uluwatu
We’ve stayed in many resorts and hotels across Bali, but the Renaissance stands out as a place we’ll definitely return to! The service is simply exceptional, and the warmth and genuine friendliness of the staff make you feel like you’re among friends. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable, and the reception/helpdesk is incredibly helpful, handling all our requests with ease and professionalism. Special thanks to Jul, the amazing pottery instructor, and Gunk, the wonderful yoga teacher. Their expertise, friendliness, and dedication made our stay even more unforgettable. The experiences they created were unique and meaningful, leaving us with cherished memories. We cannot wait to come back to Renaissance Uluwatu! Thank you for making our stay so special—see you next time! :D
