It was average on everything, the staff was amazing but beside that everything else is average, a little but dirty, the AC is barely working, no hairdryer, no clothes washing facility, few things to improve.

The staff were lovely and helpful, the room was clean and airy and the location was great for exploring Cannggu and the surrounding areas. I would recommend it to anyone.

Good Hotel

Very friendly staff, very well-located hotel, completely quiet, in the city center close to everything. The rooms are good but not amazing. Pleasant hotel for a few days' stay

Good location, near the beach . There is one small pool. A small complex of rooms, even a mini villa. The rooms are quite clean and comfortable , but the bathroom has a terrible smell that it has to clutch the plum in the shower itself , so that the smell doesn't spread to the room. Bed clean , towels are also. Since the cost of this hotel is not cheap , it was not enough in the shower facilities ( shower gel, shampoo, air conditioner, toothpaste + brush) and the area could be better cleaned )))

A beautiful place to spend a stay. It's very quiet and well-maintained. The staff is really lovely. I would return without hesitation.

Location was good, close to main road and also the beach yet tucked away, quiet and peaceful. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, I came here with my husband & daughter and we loved it! Huge space, with a decent pool, lots of area for kids to run around & parents to sit and chill. Room was super clean, ac was cold, bathroom was clean and the water heater works perfect. We came to Lovina by car and realised it’ll be so much easier to get around on a bike so he helped us get a bike to rent with very affordable price. Highly recommend this place for couples, families, or solo travellers. Certainly worth the price, and will come back for sure!

Great staff and a solid stay overall! Good location — about 10 minutes by scooter to Hatch and 15 to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed, a desk, power outlets, good lighting, strong air conditioning, and hot water. It really felt like a home. The only downsides: they don’t offer scooter rentals, and it would be nice if they provided complimentary bottled water — having to buy it daily was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, everything was great!
