"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, tucked away in a small alley just to the left of the entrance to Taiping Street. It's less than a 10-minute walk from Exit 2 of Xiangjiang Middle Road Metro Station on Line 2, and even as a solo female traveler with luggage, I found it incredibly easy to get to. Right across the street, there's amazing Changsha stinky tofu, and the giant sausage is also surprisingly delicious. The night market in the evenings is brilliant for a stroll. It's also close to Wuyi Square, the Xiangjiang River, and various attractions. Orange Isle is just one metro stop away, and other sights are easily accessible by metro too. A special mention goes to the Chayan Yuese tea shop nearby, located on the upper floor of a bookstore. The blend of tea aroma and book scent, along with the peaceful atmosphere, was truly delightful. Plus, because I was on a business trip and hadn't had a chance to do laundry, the hotel's laundry service was an absolute lifesaver!"

When I arrived it was dark and heavy rain. I had very big problems finding the hotel since I followed another guests review where they uploaded a picture of the wrong building. I contacted Trip.com support and I hope they removed it by now. This is not the hotels fault!
The hotel was clean and orderly. The location is great and the receptionist was super kind! There is also a washing machine. Next time I come to Changsha I will definetly stay here again. Very good value for money."

The 24-hour butler service is very responsive, and they even deliver breakfast and late-night snacks to your room. With a 'Cha Yan Yue Se' (popular bubble tea shop) right downstairs, it's incredibly convenient for getting around and exploring the local food scene. A truly therapeutic stay!

The decor is incredibly tasteful, understated yet luxurious, and every corner is picture-perfect. The quality of the materials used in the details far exceeds that of typical 'Instagrammable' spots. But what truly earned my five-star rating is the service. From the lovely ladies at the front desk, to the photographer, and even the housekeeping aunties, everyone was proactive, enthusiastic, and offered the most thoughtful service with the kindest tone. From the moment we were picked up for check-in, to the endless supply of drinks and fruits in the lobby, and delicious supper and breakfast that even the kids couldn't resist 😋. Especially when we returned to our room one evening and they proactively upgraded us from a lower floor to a higher one, we experienced the most romantic and cozy accommodation. There were thoughtful little reminder notes placed throughout the room, adding to that warm and comfortable feeling. This kind of perfectly executed attention to detail makes you feel incredibly cared for. Good hardware is a bonus, but truly attentive service is at the heart of it all. The amazing service from the staff left absolutely no room for complaint! They truly made it feel like home!

MmissslowpokeThe hotel has an unbeatable location along Taiping Old Street. It requires less than 2 minutes of walking from North gate 北门 of the street to the alley where the hotel is located. Taiping Old Street is where you can find all of Changsha souvenirs and best restaurants gathered in one location, which makes the hotel a perfect place to stay in Changsha, especially on the last night of your travel.
I appreciated that the hotel helped to accept our Tabao hauls before we arrived. Further more, the hotel provides free door to door laundry service! Even though we were only staying 1 night, the hotel still offered this service to us by collecting our laundry at 11pm and returning the clean laundry back to us early next morning!
We were impressed that despite being so hidden in an alley, the hotel had automatic door AND A LIFT even though there were only 3 storeys! Upon opening our hotel room door, we were welcomed by 小度. The room was large and cosy, with an automatic flush toilet. I read in a previous review that there was no place to hang clothes in the showering area, but this has already been taken care of, which shows that the owner does listen to the feedbacks given. If there is anything to improve on, perhaps change one of the pillows to a latex pillow, as the pillows were too soft for our liking.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is coming to Changsha!

CChunlingThis homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

The hotel's mini-program is very convenient, and there's a robot that can deliver takeout directly to your room. The hotel's complimentary late-night porridge is a nice touch, but the afternoon tea selection was much smaller than advertised, and breakfast was also quite limited. Rooms facing the street can be very noisy at night. The hotel isn't very close to the subway station either; it's a bit of a walk. Overall, it's not bad.👍🏻

GGuest UserOn my trip to Changsha ZETA PLANET, Lin, the welcome ambassador on the sixth-floor lobby, was the absolute highlight of my entire 'interstellar' experience. The moment I stepped out of the cosmic elevator, I was greeted with such warmth. It wasn't just a routine, robotic welcome; she immediately noticed my heavy luggage and proactively offered to help. She meticulously explained the Galaxy T-stage, the Runway Bar, and breakfast timings, even discreetly sharing some niche photo spots within the hotel and a local guide to authentic Changsha snacks. Her whole demeanor was relaxed and comfortable, professional yet down-to-earth. She perfectly balanced W's trendy, flamboyant vibe with truly thoughtful and heartwarming service. What could have been a cold, futuristic lobby felt incredibly welcoming and homey thanks to Lin's attentiveness. If you're staying at W Changsha, you absolutely have to commend this welcome ambassador on the sixth floor!

Pozi Street is right downstairs, and IFS is within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping!
