"Good place for the price/value. Great convenient location to dining, shopping and interstate access. The staff were all great, pleasant and efficient. The breakfast options were good and presented well. The only negatives were my bathroom fan made a terrible noise for several minutes that I worried would disturb my neighbors but it stopped after several minutes. I also see this property starting a slow decline and I have stayed here often before and this makes me sad."

It was supposed to be from 6am-9am. The coffee was also not fresh. We were on a tight schedule so we eventually had to leave the hotel to get coffee and breakfast elsewhere after waiting almost 2 hours."

"The place was DISGUSTING! The towels/linens/floors everything was dirty. The walls are thin as I heard the couple in the next room arguing as well as making up ALL NIGHT!The bathroom door appeared to be falling apart. I stayed here only because my husband was in a worked related accident and was admitted to the Burn Center at Doctors Hospital and it was close by and I had gone 26 hrs with no sleep. If I had more time to look for a place I would have."

Staff were welcoming and room was large with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast had a nice choice assortment and the whole area was well staffed and kept clean. "The hotel's surroundings are a bit secluded, so I wouldn't recommend walking too far at night. However, the hotel's location is excellent, with river views, and the art museum directly opposite the main entrance is definitely worth a visit. The hotel lobby and elevators have a classic, traditional feel, while the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are modern and very clean. The front desk staff I encountered were all lovely. The food and beverage options on the first floor are quite good, and while the gym might have a slight odor due to recent renovations, the facilities are excellent. Overall, highly recommended!"

The spacious rooms with the kitchen makes it easy for family to make snacks and keep food on hand. I also love that there's a TV in the bedroom and in the living room so that the family can watch different things at the same time. In some locations they have a two bedroom which is really nice."
