All aspects are very good. The only one @ home that has not stepped on thunder these days is better, but it will be better if the price is more stable.
My husband and I luv this hotel we are in town 3 or 4 days a week and stay at this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. An are very pet friendly. thanks. To all the employees .
I was pleasantly surprised by how large the suite was. There was actual room to move around in the bathroom and plenty of room to spread out my various luggage. I only have a couple minor drawbacks. The king bed was basically a couple of cot frames with a large mattress, which left one side noticeably higher than the other. There was also no appreciable blanket on the bed. It was more like a thin throw blanket, which required me to fetch a fleece blanket from my vehicle to stay warm.
The televisions are rather small, which wasn't a huge deal except for the few hours I was in the room, and the sofa was not comfortable to sit on for very long. This was somewhat due to it being a sofa bed, but it was definitely showing its age. These were not very troublesome due to how little time I was in the room each day, but a longer stay would have made these painful to put up with.
Basic 2 stars, delivered as expected.
If they would greet the customers more friendly, instead just get the job done, that is how they make them more personal than chain stores.
Didn't enjoy this stay as much as the first two stays. Maybe it was the fact that they were getting ready for the master's and in a hurry. When I entered my room, the new carpet made it hard to open the door. Once inside, I realized that the carpet had not been vacuumed. It looked like it may have been paint chips or something. I also did not like the fact that the cups & ice bucket was kept in the bathroom, where I had no wash clothes & saw a couple of roaches. All in all, I'm willing to give second chances & will stay again after the master's is over. I still like the location and the prices.
The hotel is in a GREAT location! The manager was super cool, funny and friendly. The rooms were updated and smelled GREAT! The beds were soft and comfortable. The water pressure was good and the water stayed hot during my entire shower. I would definitely refer this hotel to friends and family members. This is the only hotel I will be staying at from now on 👍
