When I had to pick it up: - I waited 10 minutes at the reception - no one greeted - When I asked about the order, I was told that since I didn't call back on the day of the order, nothing was there. I would suggest to revise the courtesy standard. Furthermore, if the kitchen is open, it could be a solution to offer an alternative. Thank you for this Valentine's Day! - Menu ordered for a special occasion one day up front and aligned up to the last detail. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. "The hotel was clean, centrally located, and offered a great breakfast. A public parking garage was conveniently located just 100 meters away. We found the rooms to be a little dark for our taste and quite small. However, the staff were consistently very friendly and helpful."

"Absolutely correct what the others are writing here. 0 or even minus 5 stars would be appropriate! Under no circumstances should you book if you really need accommodation! We had booked, including a written booking confirmation via email. When we arrived at 6:00 PM, the reception was unattended, even though it was supposed to be staffed until 6:30 PM. Only on the 5th or 6th attempt did someone answer the phone, who claimed not to know our booking, despite having a reservation number. They were fully booked and he couldn't do anything... We then had to spontaneously book other accommodation, which only cost €5 more per night (B&B Augsburg Nord - highly recommended). The B&B was clean, the receptionist was extremely friendly and very helpful, and the room was perfectly fine! The same cannot be said for Slamba Hostel! It was visibly dirty and quite creepy in the backyard, and the employee on the phone was anything but helpful. Nobody needs that! We're incredibly relieved we didn't have to sleep in that run-down place called Slamba Hostel! Definitely avoid this accommodation if you want to do yourself a favor!"

"Decent place with friendly staff. Decent value too we thought. Well located just outside main town. Clean room and decent breakfast. Excellent parking (when available) Only issue we had was with the trams which ran quite late into the night and woke us up. (Ask for a quiet room if this is likely to be an issue)"

"The hotel is very convenient because of the room's features. All is reasonably new and perfectly cared. Location is also great, because you are in the middle of the city. There is a small Remote air conditioning, which runs quite noiseless.In winter you can put it on heating. So stay top, certainly recommend."

"This hotel is absolutely amazing. It is clean, modern and comfortable. Starting with a warm Bavarian welcome at the reception, check-in was quick and easy, especially if you complete the online check-in prior to to arrival. The room was spacious, modern and inviting. The bed was very comfortable, the desk and chairs were a nice touch and the bathroom had really nice amenities. The AC worked well and windows were soundproofed as I did not hear any traffic outside even though the main road was on my side of the hotel. The breakfast was also fantastic. The variety of eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, fruit, breads, pastries, and more was amazing. Besides coffee specialties and tee, you could make freshly pressed orange juice. Last but definitely not least, the staff was absolutely fantastic. Everyone from the reception, breakfast room and bar were friendly and very polite. You were made to feel as if you were at home. One last bonus is the parking garage option. I do not have a single complaint to report."
