"We knew we would be arriving fairly late, so had already made the decision we would eat in the hotel rather than elsewhere in the town as this hotel is a little on the outskirts. We were told at reception that we had been upgraded, which was a lovely surprise and the room was fabulous with separate sitting area, robes, slippers, coffee machine, and complimentary water in the mini fridge. But the real stand out here is the shower - wow! The power! Amazing! All of the staff were really friendly and sociable. The food in the restaurant in the evening (shakshouka) was delicious and a really impressive choice of breakfast the next morning. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. There's also a tram stop outside that will take you directly into town if you don't fancy the 10-15 min walk."

"I don't know what the current standards of Home Inns and 7 Days Inns in China are like, but this Holiday Inn Express seems nothing like Holiday Inn. My god, it's so shabby. The sink is incredibly high. I saw a short, elderly woman living on the road, and I thought her sink wasn't even as high as the one in this hotel. The breakfast was terrible, and the taste wasn't great either. There was no lye bread or sausage. We had dinner at a restaurant near City Hall. It wasn't crowded, and it was mostly locals, so the food was okay."

"The room design did not waste any space, the place was not big, but the basic facilities were complete and the living was quite comfortable.
The facilities are new and clean, and the rooms are beautiful and warm. The TV is big and clear.

"Regarding cleanliness, the bathroom smelled of mold and urine. I also saw mold on the shower head, but what matters is that the towel and bed were clean. The floor was okay. I disinfected the bathroom myself so I could shower without worry.
What I didn't know and didn't realize is that you can also check in at the self-service kiosk. With the lock code, you can leave and return to the hotel outside of reception hours without having to check out – brilliant! This makes the hotel a great value.
According to Google, the address is at the bus stop. I had to leave my car and check the location to find the B&B Hotel. It was annoying after a long workday… but the location is fantastic because it's only 5 minutes from the highway or expressway, if you know where to go."

Because it is an old building, the floor is very high, the interior is renovated, and it is very comfortable to live in.

Guest UserIt's a shame that the entrance to the car park is very narrow and unfortunately most of the hotel guests simply parked their cars in two spaces, so there was no parking space. The next complaint was that there were no slippers in the room. Terry cloth. Nowadays, all hotels in all categories have make-up remover cotton wool cosmetics, which were also missing.

Highly recommend this hotel, the room is clean and tidy, the front desk staff is very good in English, the attitude is very nice, and the service and design of the whole hotel pays special attention to details, there is a basin for dogs to drink water at the entrance, and the small blackboard in the room will also write a welcome text on the board, Small biscuits will be presented on the table in the room. Overall feeling very comfortable

XissyThe facility is quite clean, but it's a shame it's old, so there are things like stains on the walls and stained carpets, and it smells stale. I recommend a renovation to remove all the stains.
Excellent service, very kind and friendly receptionist, and the restrooms are also good. They have a restaurant and bar. The location is convenient, a 15-20 minute walk from the center.

This adorable hotel is located right near central train station and is 2-3 min scooter to the central plaza on Augsburg. We requested a room facing opposite to the street and it was quiet and peaceful. The view from our window was gorgeous during sunset. The staff accommodated our needs for an extra blanket. The room has all the basics (but no refrigerator or iron).

Lidija ZThe whole issue was a family we have booked. We have booked a room for two adults and two children via trip.com but in the system there was a reservation only for two adults. After showing the prof of booking for 4 persons, the hotel staff provide small chair-bed.. but generally it was not very comfortable.. Apparently the whole issue was a with intermediator/ agency. However, not sure that we would go again to this hotel..

Guest UserI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Germany. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing trip. The room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with all the essential amenities.
What stood out the most was the exceptional service from the front desk team. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Whether it was providing local recommendations, assisting with transportation, or making the check-in and check-out process smooth and efficient, their hospitality made a big difference in my stay.
The hotel’s location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, this is an excellent 4-star hotel that offers great value for money. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers visiting Germany.

On the day of departure, the housekeeping has been hitting the doors in the hall several times a hour from 8:30 p.m. This was me (and also the room neighbors) who had been constantly wake up and couldn't sleep anymore, although the official check-out time was only at 12 p.m. Normally, it is not necessary to hang a “Please don't disturb” card on the day of departure, as guests are expected to remain undisturbed until check-out time. This behaviour was therefore very disturbing and has unfortunately affected my stay at the end.
