Best customer service. Katherine is the best, she went above and beyond specially when we needed help. We left one luggage on our cruise and she handled everything smoothly. She called the port for us and a taxi to get us to the port right away. All the crews are very nice as well. The breakfast was great as well. The rooms are huge and very clean. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. You wont regret checking in this hotel.

It has a very small but secured lobby with very helpful ladies (Angela and Stella) mending the reception. They were both very prompt in addressing our queries and helped us to book car and driver/guide for our side trip to Meteora. We had an awesome 2BR family suite and had breakfast served in our suite. Breakfast was cooked in the hotel's kitchen before being brought in. They even brought in a small cake for my husband's birthday. Location of hotel is very good, all key sights and shopping and food are within walking distance. Greatly recommended!!

The house is clean and the service is very thoughtful. The breakfast is average, but suitable for Chinese stomachs. The juice is freshly squeezed. The floor-to-ceiling glass door of the room leads directly to the balcony, which is a large balcony suitable for eating breakfast outside. This price is in the center of the city center and has a high cost performance.

The room is relatively large, with two bathrooms which is good, and the front desk attitude is also very good, but it is a small room, there is no lobby, and there is only one sister at the front desk. She will help push the luggage upstairs, provide umbrellas when it rains, and deliver breakfast to the room. The location is relatively safe and convenient, and it is still worth recommending for large groups of people.

The hotel room is very large, this size is really rare in Europe, the service is good, breakfast is delivered to the room every day, the hygiene is very good, the location is very close to the Constitution Square, and it is very convenient to eat and go to attractions around

The service is very good, the breakfast is very rich, there are restaurants, dessert shops, bakeries everywhere, and Constitution Square is a short walk away.

In the city center, a ten-minute walk from the Acropolis Museum and a five-minute walk from Constitution Square. Restaurants and commercial areas are downstairs. It is a safe place to stay with good and welcoming service.

The hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance of the Acropolis and major monuments. The breakfast is very rich and the front desk staff are also very enthusiastic ❤️
