I am writing a review based on the facts. We checked in for 4 nights. It is a pity that we had to ask for a refund for 3 nights, because we had no desire to stay. We checked in at 3 am, after a long journey we decided to stay. We took a 2-level junior suite. Quite nice from the photos. 1. Very dirty, housekeeping does not work at all (2. Very stuffy and damp. We warned that check-in would be at 3 am and, I think, it was possible to leave at least the windows open. 3. In the bathroom, the wallpaper is peeling off the walls, WALLPAPER! Despite the fact that there is no exhaust hood. The air conditioner tube is located in the shower. 4. When checking in, I asked that there be a set of towels and robes for 2 people. There was one robe. I asked the girl to bring a robe and a blanket (because there were none either). Both the robe and the blanket are in yellow stains, the mattress is also in stains. 5. The carpet is in stains, you can’t walk around barefoot for sure. 6. Already in the morning I noticed the ceiling of the hall, because the light is not working and I couldn’t see it at night in the dark. It looks like the ceiling was flooded not long ago. Now there are huge mold stains there. 7. The breakfast is meager, cold, tasteless. 8. The mattress is very uncomfortable, the pillows are stone and high, like lying on a log. The rooms can be old, but if they are clean, then there are no questions about them. And here it turned out to be a combo (Thanks to the girls at the reception who met me halfway and made a refund for the unlived days
